This is the second time of using Westmoreland this time they fitted full bay window, two bedroom windows and toilet window at the front of the house and also the internal patio door to the conservatory. From start to finish the service has been excellent, the surveyor came and took the measurements and a few weeks later the two window technicians arrived to fit the windows and patio doors, the old windows we were warned by Westmoreland at time of quotation that there could potentially be some damage removing the old windows due to the style of the windows, however the two Westmoreland technicians never caused any damage and at all times ensured the site was left clean and tidy. The windows and patio doors took two days installing to complete but the work was planned and executed so well that three windows fitted one day and the bay window and patio door fitted the next day. Excellent service from start to finish and will certainly continue to use Westmoreland’s in the future.

Our windows are good quality. Fitting went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. The guys doing the work kept to the estimated time scale and were easy to have on the premises.

I have dealt with Westmorelands for over 20 years and their services have been all I could wish for in every respect. We have used Westmorelands on five different occasions since moving into Rutland seven years ago. Projects have included the installation of a warm roof on the conservatory, new doors, replacement high quality PVCU windows, and replacement soffits and facias. In each case the projects ran extremely smoothly, from the initial survey and quotation to the final completion. The quality of workmanship has been excellent, the teams friendly and approachable and the completion timely and tidy. When minor issues have been identified, they have been resolved promptly and without question. Liaison with Guy and Holly has been both easy and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who have similar projects in mind.

They replaced my polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof with one velux window in. They were very professional throughout from giving me the quote to the finished job. The workmen were thorough and tidied up at the end of each day so upheaval for me was kept at a minimum. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the ease with which I could talk to the workman and Holly in the office, about any queries I had. I would thoroughly recommend Westmoreland Windows. I have also had new guttering etc installed by them and a new garage door. On each occasion my comments would be the same. They give an excellent service with a professional and friendly approach.

We have used Westmoreland Windows and Conservatories for various work recently and cannot be more pleased with the outcome.They have made bespoke windows for an older property in Langham and both the tenant and ourselves were delighted, not only with the work, but with the way the job was handled. We will be using them for further work in this property,A replacement conservatory at a terrace property in the centre of Oakham looks so smart. What a fabulous company. Over the past three years they have change a kitchen window into French doors. Replaced my front door for a composite door. Recently they replaced 3 windows and supplied new patio doors to my conservatory. Very professional service from the owners of this company and their window fitters were absolutely brilliant, they were punctual and left my property clean and tidy once finished. I am so happy with the service I received from all who work here and would not think of using anyone else.
