Wife booked a table for our wedding anniversary. Lovely warm welcome upon arrival & awesome table set up with happy anniversary message. Cowboys hats for us to wear.Brilliant service from start to finish. Really good quality food and lots of it.Definitely will be returning

Went out for a meal to celebrate, food and service where incredible, the mixed grill I had was cooked perfectly, and wasn’t to much like over mixed grills I’ve had before, and the onion rings were perfection, would highly recommend!

The staff are very lovely and accommodating, service is definitely second to none. The food was a little lacklustre, elements of it were fantastic but overall wasn't amazing. The kids menu was brilliant and fantastic value for money. The meat for the Ribs had a nice flavour but was a cheaper cut as it was very fatty and sinewy. The burger bun was pretty dry and the burger itself was pretty average but the filling was delicious. I feel this place would be fantastic if they just improved the overall quality of those elements.

After my husband wanting to desperately visit Texas Rocks, we finally got around to going last night. The place itself looked great, however the food was not so great and you don't visit a restaurant just because it looks good, we will definitely not be returning!My 12oz steak had probably half its weight in fat on it, by the time I removed this, I probably ended up with 6ozs.I asked for my steak Well done" which it was

We had made a reservation for 17:30 and received a confirmation email for the booking. We were looking quite forward to enjoying a meal there as we had heard that the restaurant had great food and service. Unfortunately the booking system had made a mistake and put our booking in for 11:00 instead of 17:30. The manager with glasses a short hair, refused to give us her name was extremely rude when handling this issue. We showed her our confirmation email and she completely disregarded it. The least she could have done is apologies for the mistake the system had made. She spoke to us as we were idiots. It is unacceptable to treat a customer this way. The place look really nice unfortunately with a manager like that, it reflects on the owners of the establishment. I will not be recommending this restaurant and will encourage friends not to go there. Rather go to Ask Italian where we had no booking but they happily accommodated us and their food and service is great.

Staff were attentive, helpful and proactive to fix any issues with our order.Definitely go here hungry, portions are US size and great quality. Highly recommend their mozzarella sticks with BBQ & apple vinegar dipping sauce.

Absolutely disgusted in the Manager of this restaurant. Short, dark haired lady who refused to give us her name. She was on duty 5pm on 11 November. Despite us having an online confirmation email for a 5.30pm booking for my son’s birthday celebration, I was informed - very rudely - that our booking had been for 11am that morning and because we did not show, our credit card had been charged. How absolutely disgusting being treated by an employee of an establishment meant to be making money for the owner. Clearly the online system was glitching - but even with a confirmation email in hand, we were not offered an apology, let alone a complimentary drink or being offered another table at a later time.
