Recently V4 telecom flagged up an issue with my account. This issue took a long time to resolve but I must congratulate the V4 team who have been very thorough, persistent, helpful and considerate(at my lack of IT skills) and we have finally resolved the issue. Well done.

Worst broadband provider in the UK. After my mum passed away they cancelled half the broadband package, but not the line itself, so upon moving into the property I was unable to take out broadband with a new provider because v4 hadnt properly cancelled the previous order, after weeks of delays and over a dozen failed orders i finally discovered they hadnt properly cancelled the account. I asked them to cancel. They confirmed. 2 weeks passed and my broadband order with bt was cancelled again, i asked why, because v4 hadnt cancelled the line yet. I called v4 amd they said the line was cancelled and will ve complete within 1 week. They refused to say when this line cancellation had been placed. But bt was happy to tell me they had placed the cancellation order this morning while on the phone with them, the first time i requested cancellation they failed to act at all.The customer service was very rude on the phone and refused to give basic details to avoid admitting they had made a mistake.Overall a terrible experience following a sad and stressful period in my life, woth no apology or attempt to rectify or admit their errors. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

V4 is fraudsters, I call them for a broadband on 26th June, on 28th they sent contracts to me and promised to get the broadband 10th of July, 11th they supposed to put us live, only to say its not working technical issue from my side, on 12th I told them to cancel that we are calling off the contract, they refuse only to call us on 18th of July that we are now live, I told them that we have already call off contract we are no longer interested, the Manager said he will adviseus to usethemir he will deal with us,we said we are not interested we want to leave there services , They gave us outrageous bills that is not included in the contract, when we call V4 they said if we don't want to pay we should use the line, they also went ahead to debt my account without my approval, till date they refuse to leave my line and keep collecting my money. Please be careful of these company, they are not real. I have no one to help me.

I don't know how this company is still running.. Is should be closed. They are robbing the people. First they gave me very show Internet package for a high price after months and months of calls to customer service and providing then speed records they change to another router which was batter than before but still not the Speed I was promised before taking contract. As It is business line I have moved to another unit in the same building. Its more than 3 months but my broadband is still not moved to new place. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

We have been using V4 Telecom for the last 3 years and have negotiated a further package for our cloud phone system. Both Daniel an Roy have been very helpful and we are happy to continue using their services. Communication difficulties have caused an issue at some points of setting the system up but once these were sorted by Roy the system is highly effective.
