Kayaking on Windermere was a fantastic experience, and it was made all the better by the brilliant host, Mike. He taught us everything we needed to know about kayaking this beautiful Mere on this still, beautiful day, and even taught us about the water and its history. Would absolutely recommend, and we’ll be back for sure.

An enjoyable afternoon for 3 of us (including 16 and 13 year old) on Windermere. Mike is a very good instructor with lots of local knowledge to share. The teenagers enjoyed it and the time on the water in the sunshine was great exercise!

We had a spectacular day kayaking on Windemere with Mike. The views were wonderful and we learnt a lot about the lake district. Mike is an excellent instructor who teaches to whatever level you want. We would 100% recommend booking with him!

We had such a fun morning kayaking on Windermere. Mike was super knowledgeable and caring - the fact that the experience is for a small group also gives you the time to properly learn the basics and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Had a great day out on Windermere with Mike, who is very friendly, a fantastic teacher and knowledgeable about the area. He was also very flexible with arranging a suitable session to fit around the rather uncooperative weather. Would definitely recommend!

We booked an afternoon kayak tour with Mike at Lake Windermere. Even though it was raining and quite gusty at times we had a lot of fun. Mike explained the technicalities of kayaking very well and gave us interesting insights in the surroundings. We can really recommend him!

Mike was an amazing guide and teacher for our Windermere kayaking afternoon. He was forthcoming with helpful tips on technique and gave us lots of great ideas for places to go for the rest of our holiday. We will definitely be coming back to kayak with Mike again!
