Foster London Hair Salon Shoreditch

Came and had a trim and straight blow dry. Facilities are gorgeous, cat decorations everywhere! Downstairs is colourful with quirky photographs. Free refreshments and a great vibe in the salon. Very trendy and location is less than a minute away from Shoreditch High Street railway station and box park.

I've been going to Foster London since 2019 (both Dalston and Shoreditch branches) and I couldn't be happier with the service received (and haven't been anywhere else since!). Salon itself is gorgeous and staff are always super friendly, helpful and responsive by phone, email and in person. Konstantin has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and really happy with how much time and care is taken and how my preferences are listened to. Sure I will keep coming back time and time again :)

Such a lovely salon! Had Danielle do my hair twice now, First time I came in with pretty damaged yellowy bleached hair and came out with a gorgeous healthy ashy blonde, and second time just for some highlights, I’ve been so so happy with results both times, staff are very friendly and has such a nice atmosphere, deffo recommend !!

Best Salon in London!!!Nicola does my hair color, and everytime it turns out the perfect blonde shade I want. No yellow just perfectly even and the shade I envisioned. Can definitely recommend her, she is the Best in London!!!!

I will always be grateful for Nicola when she saved me and my bad haircut (from a different salon), spending so much time cutting my hair to make it perfect.I've since been travelling up from West Sussex for a few years to get my hair cut by Nicola, who cuts my hair perfectly every time. She takes time at the end to go over any small details that I would like trimming or altering (which doesn't happen with any other salon for a mens cut). Highly recommended.

Hands down the best salon I’ve been to in London! I started going grey super early at the age of 19 and have been struggling with coverage upkeep for some time now that I’m in my 30s. The lovely Tom was so incredible! Not only did he know exactly what he was doing, but he really put me at ease about growing out my greys subtly and going lighter and I have had sooo many compliments on my hair since. Not only that, but he was a complete joy to be around, as were the rest of the salon team - it was just an all-round lovely experience! I definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Absolutely in love with my hair. The one extra star missing is just due to lack of accommodation by the assistant who washed my hair. The stylist was incredible and the results are absolutely great!

Unfortunately my hair colour result at Foster Shoreditch was terrible. I had booked for a full head autumn balayage and shared a photo of my desired outcome. Once the dye had been washed out, and my hair dried, it was close to black with a few highlights that are barely visible (images of before, inspiration photo and outcome attached).After saying I was unhappy, the manager offered a complementary re-do. Because my hair is so far from what I had asked, I have lost full trust in the salon. Additionally, I do not wish to cause further damage to my hair so soon or spend another 3 hours of my time getting this done. So my request was to receive a full refund instead.After speaking with 3 Managers, the salon has since offered 2 complementary cut and colours and said “company policy states that they cannot offer a refund until they have had a chance to rectify the situation.” While I appreciate this gesture, it is still completely at the expense of my personal time and will mean putting my hair through further stress for a result that genuinely cannot be guaranteed.It would have been very simple to offer my money back, now I am even more frustrated by the situation and feel obliged to leave this review of my experience.Foster Shoreditch, the £230 I was charged for this treatment is no small sum. This was the first time I had dyed my hair in 4 years and I wanted to pay for the best. My friends and family cannot believe you have continued to deny what is a completely reasonable and justified request for a refund. I am now forced to make one final and public request to please give me my money back?

Got my haircut with Davide and he did an amazing job! Layered hair with side bangs that gave me a whole new look! Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to Foster Shoreditch for a little while and booked in with Danielle, she did a colour and cut for me today and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier with my hair! She was so lovely and chatted with me the whole way through - cannot recommend her more!
