Really bad management, indirect racism, if your not white they speak with no respect. One of the main managers name begins with M on morning shifts is who I’m referring too. She thinks she superior.

I just want to give a massive thank you to Shafaq and Fiona who were both very very helpful and kind in helping me find the best products yesterday evening. The service they both provided was above and beyond even though it was towards closing time. I will certainly be back again due to the prices but the fantastic service provided by the two colleagues.

Worked here for 3 years worse place i have ever worked. They have managers who can’t even speak English wonder how they got the job clueless managers especially the new ones that have started. There is not a chance for progression stuck doing the same thing everyday not good place too work

Enjoyed shopping here untill came across Shafaq. Miserable sod who lacks customers service skills. Rude and arrogant and very abrupt to customers. Definitely requires people skills. Everything one else is lovely in this place.
