I work as a stunt performer and I recently had multiple muscular issues with my body, that made it pretty much impossible to work. It got to the point that even holding every day items was an issue. However Kim worked wonders and got my body functioning as it used to. I honestly would not have got through the year without her help. She is hugely knowledgable, very welcoming and I'd recommend her skills to anyone

Highly recommend Kim, she’s Professional, friendly & knowledgeable. As a therapist myself we always look after everyone else and get lots of aches & pains and keep going until sometimes pain becomes to much. Kim is great at knowing exactly where your pain is coming from and how to deal with this.

I can’t recommend Kim enough ! Fabulous massages and sports massages I’ve had a couple of injuries shoulders and hip. Kim took time to identify the root cause of the problem and treat she’s very knowledgeable and explains what she has identified and how to treat and what ongoing self care stretches etc would be useful.Kim makes you feel very at ease, So helpful and knowledgeable on nutrition, exercise and all round self care. Beautiful treatment room so relaxing & lovely touches with a detox tea waiting for you after your treatment.

I simply couldn’t be without Kim! I feel completely relaxed in her care. Treatments range from necessity and a pain management sports massage to important self care and anxiety management with a hot stone relaxing massage. I went to Kim suffering with some tightness in my back and shoulder and after a deep tissue massage and other techniques she managed to work out some of the tension I was holding in those areas. She also gives great advice about exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and wellness so she can improve your life in a myriad of ways.She genuinely cares and puts you at ease but is very professional in everything she does. I'll be booking back in for another treatment very soon.

I had really bad lower back troubles and went to Kim on a week to week basis for treatment to really help me tolerate the troubles for the week ahead which was a god send with me having to work every day and look after my young daughter.
