WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! bought myself a new phone from this place and was sold to me broken although it was listed as an A grade!!! So then I attempted to get it replaced on the warranty that came with the phone and the person I talked to simply refused to replace it and denied that they sold it to me like this!!! And even worse tried to make me pay full price for a new one!!! I was absolutely outraged!!! I would avoid at all costs there are much better places out there for second hand tech so in conclusion, if you want to get scammed out of your money than this is the place for you, if not do not go here!!!!

Wonderful experience at this Evesham branch. I have always regarded this shop with an edge of doubt, assuming it to be a bit of a duck and dive" operation. I could not have been more wrong. We had an old 'Mini ipad' which had broken down

Bit of a pain to get to in a wheelchair or with crutches as the road is closed off during the dayBut inside it is quite big with lots of choice for xbox and PlayStation games and he plenty of phones and other electrical goods.

I spend a lot of money in this shop for my son and probably shop here weekly . Today my son's PS4 would not power up so took to this shop and asked if they had a different power lead for PS4 I Could try ( reasonable request ?) Guy said they didn't have power lead ???? I then asked about repair he said 90 pound straight away I replied that he had not even looked at it . He explained that they send them away to be done and this is minimum payment fair enough, but come on would it have hurt to just try a power lead on it for me ? My son was gutted he's 12 and I won't be shopping here again .

You can sometimes get good deals on returning games for cash.What doesn't make any sense is that they sell used beat up second hand consoles for the same price that you can buy new from other retail companies.The second hand phones are also overpriced.They sell expensive and buy cheap.If you need quick cash when selling electronics and don't mind being fleeced when selling it then this is the place for you.If you're not desperate for cash you're better off selling your stuff privately.

Only place in Evesham to get games and stuff. Pretty good trade in value if you don't want faff dealing with it yourself. Offer either an exchange or cash, with the former being more. They only really sell preowned stuff, so quality varies. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Never had any issues buying or trading.
