Daniel is a top man! Naomi and Imran are just as brilliant. I've effectively lived in store the last few weeks as I've had to return multiple times to buy tiles and other accessories. I ordered the wrong colour Starluxe 30x60 and Daniel corrected my order, and where there weren't enough tiles in stock, he specially requested delivery to my address from other stores. Their knowledge of tiling is unsurpassed. Special thanks to the team for their help with my bathroom job

The people working here at afternoon on Sundays sure love talking to each other. We were standing in front of the till for two minutes but they didn't stop talking to each other or acknowledge that we were waiting for them! Terrible customer service.

Exceptional customer service from Sam who supported me with advice on how to to select the best tiles to work with poor lighting, to support my existing colour scheme and to work to my budget. Highly knowledgeable and all credit to her in providing an outstanding experience from Topps Tiles.

Sam has a great eye and is an artist with colour schemes and ideas, so helpful. I returned the next week to make the order and Matthew was brilliant in helping me work out quantities, and then today I phoned in for some advice on an upstand for a shower and Naomi remembered me from the day before and was so helpful on the phone. Given that this is a large chain I am really impressed with the personal service, will definitely return. (oh, and Matthew noticed that I was struggling with the weight of some samples and came out to meet me at the door and help carry. 5 stars!)

2 wasted journeys, the girl told me wall & floor tiles were in stock & she put an order in for floor tiles to hold them as they weren’t many. When I went back an hour later to order both tiles I was told the wall tiles were out of stock! Got a rather rude phone call 2 days later, from the same girl, about my order for the floor tiles, she couldn’t seem to understand that I didn’t place an order, as they didn’t have them & insisted I answer if I wanted the order cancelled.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff (we spoke with Sam specifically) who really helped us figure out what's best for our first-time bathroom renovation. Not just advice on the materials but even tips on things like what to look out for with the process. Really impressed!
