Hollywood Nails Cheltenham

I've been a few times, and in the past been satisfied with the service I had received. Went a week ago, before going on a trip with my daughter. The results on my nails aren't great, the finish is awful, and they aren't all the same shape or length!! Haven't got top coat on all of them either. Look untidy and messy with the colour. The price was very expensive for what I had, and my daughter got charged a disgusting amount for hers. She already had nails done the week before, she just wanted a different colour put on. So for taking colour off and putting new on they charged £40!!! Wouldn't recommend and won't be going again!! Avoid.

First timer .lovely friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Love the Hollywood Nails Team who, after several visits, have come to know us by name and chat comfortably to us. These photos are gel polish/shellac - and this is a week after they were done with still no chips or peeling. Thrilled with them as I know, from experience of having had them done here before, that they are likely to last well for at least another week if not two. This is even with continued washing up and all the usual household chores. Definitely worth a visit and they also do pattern and design really well too - provided you let them know this is what you want when booking and take a picture of the design with you to your appointment.

I've tried quite a few nail salons in Cheltenham over the years, but this one is my favourite. The staff are lovely and I always leave with nails I love~ these are the latest nails

Save my nail from breaking before a big show so they were lovely and long.Amazing range of colours shellac is my fave, very good communication and understanding.Looooove this place. Worth every penny.

Really not happy. Refused to fully remove my old acrylics but cheated charged be £1 for this. The shape is uneven, and they have not cleaned it under the nails, so now there is stuff under there which our sealed by a mix of glue and to coat. The polish is bobbled- not smooth at all- and all over my fingers. They've also missed the sides completely. I had four different people serving me like it was tag-nail". They charged me £41 for this ave they don't take card- only cash which makes me very dubious. Not a pleasant experience."

Excellent nails as always, will last 4 weeks and only get done then because of regrowth........my own nails with gel shellac and chrome, well pleased

I’m writing on behalf of me & a friendPricing just for 1 set of nail extensions was ridiculous £43…The quality is pretty poor, chunks by the cuticle, paint not perfect.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and I love it. If there’s ever a problem with my nails, even a tiny one, Thuy, John and the staff always fix it immediately. I always try and book as they do get busy. Love my tutti fruitti nails and ombré. Definitely recommend.

Hot and miss on nail quality but usually easy to get an appointment. Prices have begun to be more than the quality of the nails which is a shame. I asked if I could have my cuticles cut when having a shellac and I was asked if I wanted a full manicure, no, I'd just like the bare minimum done please.
