I have been working with Anthony for several months now, in 1-to-1 PT sessions. My goals were weight-loss and general health, in an attempt to eventually feel comfortable in my own body.Anthony has been incredible in enabling me to make these changes. He is supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and rigorous. I have had personal trainers before, but I have never been able to make the progress I am currently seeing. My weight-loss is steady and healthy, I am feeling fitter and stronger, and I feel more confident going to the gym alone, because I have been given the right guidance. I cannot wait to reach my goal and start setting new ones. I can picture a future in which I am healthy and happy, which before my sessions with Anthony, was absolutely not on the cards.Thank you so much!

Great trainer, I’ve been going for a while now consistently! Which is key! I’ve struggled with motivation and upkeep before but the sessions are fun, helpful and enjoyable! Strongly recommend!

I cannot recommend Committed Fitness highly enough! Anthony is an extremely knowledgable coach who will work with you (whatever level you are at) to reach the goals that are important to you.I came to Anthony with the main goal of increasing my upper body strength and with the hope that I would be able to achieve my first ever pull-up!This is something Anthony embedded into our training programme and after months of hard work and progress… I got my pull-up :)I have also seen massive gains in my overall strength and fitness in day to day life and through my other sports/activities. So a big thanks to Anthony for your coaching and support to get here!

I enjoy Anthony's very calm and methodical approach and have seen great improvements in both my strength and general fitness. Also I must praise his flexibility in arranging sessions (I'm a doctor who works different shifts every week) but we always manage to arrange something.

I've been training with Anthony for about 5 years now. Started off as improving my general fitness and recovery for a shoulder injury. Over time that's changed to include strength, endurance and mobility training. He's helped me with my confidence to take on challenges and activities I wouldn't have thought I could do. I'd have never attempted a 5km run previously, but with encouragement, support and a plan to help me build on my progress each week, I did it. The same goes for strength training and other exercises; targets to work towards, advice on technique/form and alternatives should my pre-existing injuries cause issues, flexible plans to help me get the best out of every session. Overall I'm fitter, stronger, happier and more confident - in no small part due to Ant's patience and dedication to helping people improve. I'd happily recommend him and his business to people.

I’ve been training with Anthony for over a 6 months now and it’s immensely helped me focus on getting back into fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The training provided was tailored to strengthen my knee after an injury. Anthony also provides flexible times for sessions and is great to work with!

Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He always takes the time to explain each workout and correct posture. He puts a lot of thought and effort into varying workouts every time I come and this really shines through. I have learnt a great deal from him and he ensures that the workouts are challenging but at a pace that is suitable for me. I have definitely seen a really good improvement in my physique since working with him. He is also down to earth and not at all intimidating which means I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a Personal Trainer.

Anthony first approached me in January2019, we had a chat and he invited me to a trial session with him.It’s now November 2019, I’m just over 10kg lighter. My top goal was weight loss, but that’s not the only progress I’ve had. It’s the fact that I’m generally feeling better about myself. My body feels stronger, and fitter too.I’m able to lift heavier weights than I have before, and for more reps, and I’m getting more comfortable with running on the treadmill for longer periods of time.Anthony has worked with me to manage my diet, reduce my average weekly calorie intake and choose better quality foods. Its the consistency of several weeks, and now months, that a combination of the workouts prepared for me by Anthony, along with my knowledge of my diet that has allowed me to make progress.I had struggled before to make any real progress in the gym, by now I’ve got the support and motivation from Anthony, I’m starting to see results.Now I’m looking forward to pushing through the next barrier and achieving my next weight loss and fitness improvement goal!I would definitely recommend training sessions with Anthony.
