MG Southend

I'm probably not the easiest customer and we had to delay collecting the car for a few days but Ross was excellent salesman and helped us through our concerns. I'd recommend him everytime. My next car will be a MG predominantly because Ross will be there.

I recently bought a MG ZS EV Trophy from MG Southend and the whole experience was a pleasure.The process from start to finish was smooth and I was kept well informed throughout the process.All the people I met were very pleasant and cheerful.Special mentions to Ross, the sales person and Ian who is the service manager at MG Southend.Ross was very clear in explaining the controls of the car and the functions. Not just the main ones but also all of the many other features including adaptive cruise control, lighting and dashboard and the central infotainment screen settings.Ian was able to answer all the technical questions I had and was veritable Obi Wan Kenobi on everything I threw his way.The customer service they provided has given me great confidence in MG Southend. I have experience of other MG Dealerships which was not so positive to say the least.So despite living 40 miles away they will be the go to people for my future servicing and other needs.I can’t praise them highly enough and would have given more than 5 stars if the option was there.

From first visit to delivery of our new MG ZS we were impressed by the efforts and updates on progress by Martin who completed our part exchange.Aside from the value for money on our new purchase we were never “hard sold” on any model choice and in fact we chopped and changed a number of times until we were rewarded with what we think will prove to be our ideal choice.Early days but delighted with everything so far and with Martin’s attention to providing detail and explanations right down to how to tune the radio, control the aircon, and even how to change mechanical settings with everything being controlled through the entertainment system.Well done Martin & MG!

For my first time ever dealing with financing and getting a new car, Ross and Martin were very easy to talk to. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and professional. From ordering the car to receiving it was longer than expected nonetheless they was amazing and was obviously worth the wait.
