Absolutely amazing service always both in store at Mastrick and online. I ordered on Tuesday for same day delivery. There was some kind of mix up so I didn't receive my order on the same day. I emailed later that day to enquire. Received a super fast response from someone who looked into it for me and got back to me in mega quick time to explain. Was advised it would arrive the following day with 2 extra liquids as an apology. One happy customer!

Turned up at quarter to 5 today to get myself a new set up and some juice etc..(even though website said you were still open) Haven't been here in a couple of years so picked you over other shops to look in. Travelled from outside of Aberdeen. Shutter down everything shut.... Not gonna come back again.

What a brilliant shop staff are so helpful so much offers at the best prices in Aberdeen by far this little gem of a shop is better than most online retailers. Coils, vape juice & vapes all local so important these days & again. The staff is super helpful. We'll done to the team at this shop honestly 5 stars no problem.

Always buy from here and service is great until the last month. Never open now and I’ve tried various times of day even if it says on web site it’s open, it’s not!There’s been no signs up about being closed either.So annoying, now I’ve to find another shop.

Excellent customer service 5/5. Always go the extra mile. During lockdown they helped vulnerable customers with a delivery service that was top drawer. If like me, sometimes you don't know what to buy liquid wise, just ask them for a random selection of stuff you like. Couldn't recommend a shop more highly.

Recommended by a friend, went in, great chat and got what was needed, sadly it didn't work. Turns out it was a faulty coil that came in a sealed pack from the distributor. Not the shops fault. A new coil was inserted for free by the shop, not that they even asked me to pay. Great service and I will be back for juice even though its out of my way. See you soon

Highly recommended. All staff are very knowledgeable of the products and can assist with any questions and point you in the right direction on hardware, kit, juice etc. Prices are very good compared to many high street vape stores. Plus they remember faces and sort of know what you like and maybe what you won't. Honest and no bs. Brilliant during lockdown.

Walked in to buy a vape to get me off the disposables and the lady was so welcoming and straight away gave the most honest advice she could. Very good experience and would recommend anyone to shop all vape equipment here. Prices are actually top notch. Very nice woman. 10/10 experience.
