Never too much trouble always helpful

Recently moved to the practice and I can’t believe how kind helpful and professional the staff are . So glad I did .

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for 10 month old. For them to cancel an hour before. I didn’t shout. And now they’ve said they will add “dad is annoyed”. Let’s just hope your baby is never in need aye. The attitude of the receptionist is a joke. They think your phoning your them for a chat. They don’t realise your worried. They don’t care. Get you off the phone. They expect you to understand they’re just receptionists but don’t even try understanding your worry for your baby. The attitude was appauling. 0 compassion. Coedpoeth seem much more helpful than Cefn mawr. Just want to get into arguments.

Cannot compliment the staff and doctors enough, nothing is too much trouble. Honestly the best practice I've had dealings with. Very grateful.
