Old Forge Garage

Fantastic . Was on holiday had an ongoing problem with the car good diagnostic and part fix all done in two hours . Highly recommend

First day of our holiday in St Minver and the car wouldn't start. Managed to get a jump start from a maintenance man on site so drove to the Old Forge garage at 11am on a Saturday (they shut at 12.) John was great, he had a quick look straight away but couldn't get it to jump start again. He gave us a little run around for free for the weekend to use and would look properly on Monday. I don't know of many garages that would do this but we were so appreciative that John could help us out so we could still enjoy our holiday rather than be stuck in a caravan! The problem was quickly fixed Monday morning at a very reasonable price and couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thankyou!!

Took my car to have bumper looked at got a lift back to the campsite and also picked me up in morning a really pleasant experience it put my mind at rest that all garages had pound signs in every job many thanks again

First day of our holidays and rear brakes started playing up. Phoned garage and was advised to drop in car and they would repair. Well they did and the service provided is the best I have ever known at any garage. Really good to know these places existing putting customers first.

Recently broke down on the A39 and ended up being recovered to this garage as recommended by the RAC. They were fantastic from the start. My van is from the 80’s and they managed to source parts and repair within 2 days!Can’t recommend enough! (Orange VW T25)

What an amazing team - I had a tyre blow out up the road from them. I phoned them without warning and they were at my rescue within 15 minThey sourced a new tyre for my old cranky van and had me back on the road within 6 hours ….The kindest caring souls !!!!Thank you xxxxxx

While on holiday in Cornwall, had major issue with my camper van. Took it to Old Forge Garage & spoke with John. Had van back repaired first thing next morning and at a very reasonable cost. If I lived in this area then this is the garage I would use. Friendly, prompt service at a great price.Hugh

Had an alternator fail on our car whilst on holiday nearby. Car was recovered to Old Forge Garage by RAC.late on Friday despite an estimated time to repair being the following Tuesday or Wednesday,I was delighted to get a call at lunchtime on the Monday to say work completed and all at a very reasonable price. Excellent workmanship and a good honest and efficient service
