They cut me, my nails were very bad, they answered very rudely, I only asked for thin nails, the girl started to file my nail on the inside. The man told me that he didn't want to see me there again. I don’t recommend it.

If you’re looking for a pleasant experience this is not the place to come. Unfortunately their Customer Service is horrendous, rude, obnoxious, judgmental towards their customers. If you book an appointment you will NEVER be seen on time. They dont want to assist by answering questions. I have seen Lihn scream at customers previously and is extremely rude. They do not listen to their customers needs and as others have pointed out, deliberately talk about customers in their language which is extremely rude (although their english is fine) ignore them. Extremely poor service.. to add their shellec does not last.

I love having my nails done here, always complete a good job and even a nice design today. I would recommend for quality and price

Literally filed my nails so hard my finger started bleeding and I have a visible blister left that hurts. Asked for a discount because of this but was refused one !?? I find that so unprofessional and rude. If you physically hurt a customer you should give a discount !! I’ve paid £40 to be in pain?

I have been coming here since 2015 and I would not go anywhere else. I am extremely fussy when it comes to my nails and Linh and Van knows Exactly how to do my nails. They are perfect everytime. I have tried other salons in between the years and I still always come back here. The polish lasts a long time, they don’t skimp on products. I don’t agree with the comments of them being rude, they are all very lovely. I’ve always got 5* service here. And also for what you get, their price is reasonable.With any nail shop, people need to be clear what they want.:)

Very poor service. The husband and wife owners are EXTREMELY rude, Lihn and Tom. As a customer if they dont like the look of you you get treated very poorly. They speak about customers in their language, are are rude and aggressive towards them. They have absolutely no loyalty to their existing customers. They will snap at you for asking a very simply question and all is mood dependant. Will now not return after many years of visiting them as their behaviour towards their customers is now more and more visible. Their prices are also extremely high for the quality of work and material they use. My shellec chipped within a week… again.

I have been coming here for a few years now and it's the only place I trust to have my nails done! Linh, Tom and all their staff are extremely experienced and always leave me satisfied with my nails! Couldn't recommend Linh Nail Spa more!

Best nail salon in London by far. I’ve been getting acrylics for 5 years now but this is my favorite place. Amazing friendly staff, clean environment. Nails last forever. Beautiful nail art, they always get it done by your requirements. 100% recommend I have been coming back for years

Rude, racist and I have never been treated so bad. Linh’s husband started yelling and cursing in his language, has no attention to detail and always his wife has to clean up after him.When i pay for a service n i come on time I expect the same treatment not what i received
