I came in originally to purchase items for my new fish aquarium.The service I received was second to none. Absolutely brilliant. They gave me so much advice. Don't know what I would have done without them.The quality of the items was excellent.Came few days later to purchase my first lot of fish. They gave excellent advice about the fish.Will be back in next few days for more fish.Thanks fathoms.

Great customer service and choice of fish, good plants accessories too. Price is okay however we bought 5 fish and within 3 days one of them died and the other 4 were very happy so not sure if he was already ill.

Lacklustre attitude from staff. Guy with glasses said good morning and walked off when I started talking..no knowledge of fish or products said I wanted some turbo snails but they all looked dead. Guy with glasses said yeah it looks like it and walked off again..won't be shipping here again.

Visited here today as looking for plants for our small pond. Staff member very knowledgeable and helpful, explained how to care for the plants, their max height & width etc. So pleased we found this place, recommend highly. Will be back! Thanks again for your help.
