Dave attended our property to sort an unwanted Wasps nest in our roof space. Despite being the hottest day of the year, Dave was with us within an hour, which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise!! He donned his suit despite the heat and set to work!! He was polite, professional and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend DG Pest control. A great service provided at very reasonable price.

I have nothing but good things to say about David's work.We heard noises inside the walls of our council house, as well as in the space between the kitchen ceiling and below an upstairs bedroom. It was so bad that my wife and I had no option but to temporarily move out.I looked around for pest control options because I had no idea what to do. David was (by far) the quickest to respond and the most flexible with his time.Over the course of 5 visits, he took care of the problem (which was a mouse) using a combination of traps, poison and a camera. He also worked well with the council joiner who was needed to take up some flooring.He honoured the original quote given to me in the first visit despite it taking longer that expected. He also clearly explained everything that was going on, which put my mind at ease.If I hear anyone else has pest control problems, I would happily recommend David straight away.

Called On a Sunday morning not expecting a visit until during the week but Dave came out straight away and so the problem was quickly sorted.Each visit he was polite and took his shoes off on our carpets - been respectful of our home. Thank you for a quick response, highly recommend.

Dave has been amazing! He has gone totally out of his way and solved my mouse problem as well as helped me with rats under my decking. He is so very knowledgeable and after being let down badly by several other companies he came like a hero and got the job done. I absoluteky recommend him!

We were carrying out building works and a rat managed to get in the kitchen. We rang DG pest control solutions who came out the same day and set traps, they kept in contact with us to see what was happening. Great service, excellent communication and very helpful. Thank you

!!!DO NOT USE!!!Applied a pesticide that didnt work, upon mentioning this he came back to our house, bullied and pressured my partner (young woman heavily pregnant with twins) into admitting there wasnt a problem when it was evident by the mass of mites present that the issue was not resolved.Proceeded to clean the surfaces as advised until completely clear of mites, took before and after photos the night of and next morning, the man proceeds to argue with me that i could have changed the times of when i took the pics and would come out but if he felt there wasnt still a problem that i would have to pay another £50 for his time. i proposed that a visit of a few minutes wouldnt prove anything in itself but i would be happy to have him visit to see me clean the area until we are both satisfied there are no traces of mites and have a follow up the next day to which if there were no/few mites present i would pay the £50, knowing that they would reappear in large numbers as they have daily for 3 weeks.he then proceeds to completely disregard this compromise and refunds me (fair enough) and mention he has put me on the 'blacklist for bad payers'.Upon trying to write a review, it appears the '5 star' reviews advertised come from a site 'chamberofcommerce' that would not allow me to even post a review due to a capcha that across multiple search engines refused to load and a site called 'Cybo' that displays in russian, bombarded with malware clickbaid and clearly fake as they come.dont waste your time, go elsewhere for your pest control needsEdit in response to the business reply:In regards to messaging straight after to say it hadn't worked, that was due to your misinformation stating the results would be visible straight away, followed by a call to your supplier stating it's a new product and you were wrong, that it could take 3 to 5 days to see results, to which I waited 4 days to get in touchI did not demand a refund, you offered a refund 3 times prior to me accepting your offer for one, to which you took the defensiveYou did not find only dead mites upon revisiting, as you confessed to my partner you did see live mites just not a lot of them, in the middle of the day judging a microscopic species that are notoriously more active in darker conditions as dead because they weren't moving fastI took before and after pictures the night of cleaning the surfaces free of mites and the next morning where they were back in large numbers, to which you accused me of lyingI then proposed you see that yourself as opposed to pictures, the surfaces being cleaned followed by a revisit of them back covering the kitchen, to which you CHOSE to refund me and blacklist meIn regards to the 'fake reviews', search DG pest control solutions in Microsoft edge, to the right you will find the business advertised with 2 websites stating 5 stars from 2 sources, chamberofcommerce and cybo, anyone reading this interested in viewing these links themselves are welcome to do so and form their own opinions on how legitimate they lookI can't speak for others experience and if I were looking for a refund alone I wouldn't care to write a negative review after recieving one, but being blacklisted over a blatant lie isn't something I will take lightly. Hardly see paying cash upfront as being a 'bad payer', nor do I see compromising on resolving the issue without resulting in a refund only to have you decide of your own free will to issue one being a 'bad buyer'.
