Great place!Resolved the issues with my shoddily fit tyres. A very professional service, properly mounted, balanced etc. The second place I came and they listened to the issues I raised and fixed them. The first place I went to just pumped the tyres up and sent me on my way.

Three years on from my last review and these guys are just as good today, if not better, than last time.Especially a gent called Craig and a lady called Fiona. Extremely well recommended.Great service, great prices. Great people

*Basing this review solely from my experience*Over the weekend, I hit a pothole in the worse way and worse time of night, dodging a pair of cyclists. I did not want to call a tow service out of own so I called Carterton Tyre hoping they could give me some advice. I was able to leave the car where it was and came back the next day to change it with the spare. The following Monday afternoon, I left a message on the website and they replied back the next morning (sooner than expected) suggesting to bring the tire by so they could assess the damage to the busted wheel. I arrived around 1pm Tuesday to possibly see if I could get the tire replaced and damaged wheel repaired. The crew remembered my call so they asked me to leave the damaged tire/wheel, which was dented in two separate places, and they would try to find a used one. They called back 2 hours later with a matching used tire, they were able to heat and repair the wheel well enough for me to take off the spare and they even aligned the wheel at what i felt was a more than reasonable fee considering I had no appointment and they were working on other vehicles. The wheel is temporary until I find a new one but this works out as long as I avoid more potholes! These gentlemen went above and beyond for me and they seemed happy to do so. If I’m ever in need of another related issue, I know who to contact!

Incredible service today, thought we had a slow puncture and went to buy a new tyre but they checked the old one and told us it was fine - you have no idea how refreshing it is to find someone who won't just sell you something for the sake of it! Thorough, considerate, professional. Blown away! 100% recommend and will definitely use again.

Been here twice in one week (two different tyres). They saved the tyres both times, saving me a lot of money. So refreshing to not be ripped off from a garage. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
