Me and my mum have been going to bodycare for a long time moved to Blackburn when I was 12 years old I'm now 50 in November and yes they are very friendly and will help if they can very good shop to go and visit

Love this store. Buy most of my products from here. What brings me here is the prices.

Nice price cheap good choice excellent help and service

The products at Body care Blackburn are of good quality and are reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and friendly. However, I’ve noticed that there is a member of staff who treats me differently every time she serves me at the till. Her demeanour completely changes from being warm and friendly to cold and disengaged. When her till was free she did not bother calling me over, she did not say a word to me to the extent that I had to prompt her for the total price of the items and left me to bag my items unassisted. When I tried to pay by card, she stared at me blankly and another member of staff had to tell me that the card machine wasn’t working. This experience had left me feeling awkward and embarrassed. There was no pleasantries, politeness or anything. If this was a one off incident then I would have brushed it off and thought she might be having a bad day. But unfortunately this has happened on more than one occasion. Every time I see her at the tills I have become reluctant to be served by her and have started to shop elsewhere. If you do decide to shop here, avoid the lady with the spikey hair.

A smart clean store for your everyday grooming needs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Professional service everytime. Give it a try.

Absolutely everything a man needs. And the shelving and pricing does not make you confused in selecting you're product.

Spend a fortune in this place, beauty product are cheaper from here than big stores
