I placed an order for my Mum and entered my address by mistake. I requested the delivery address to be changed to my Mum's online. I then received a call from a very polite young man to check that I had made the change as an added security check.He was very helpful in assisting me with the change and also my request that the goods could be carried into the house as my Mum is elderly.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sonic direct and would definitely order from them again!

Wouldn’t recommend, people are nice enough but need a lot of work. I was really specific on the phone and I said I’m on the second floor including the ground floor, there’s two staircases, guy said it would be fine to deliver the 80kg washing machine and fridge freezer. Once they get there they just say it’s too far even though it’s really not if you have 2 people who could clearly carry that weight. Instead I have to carry it up myself which is obviously not going to happen with just me. I also paid for installation and it says that on my receipt but then the guy over the phone says no you haven’t paid for it. Looks like a mistake with the website not charging me as I ticked it and it’s written on the the email confirmation that I checked it.

Excellent and courteous service to Wilmslow. Absolutely delighted with my new Bosch washing machine and I even got a call the day before, thanking me for placing my order with them. First class old fashioned customer service. Would use again.

Please don’t waste your time.At Black Friday there was many offers elsewhere but I decided to choose sonic directBought a fridge and they gave me a date for when it will come in.And then 7 days before it came they called and said sorry but three other people also bought this so you won’t be able to get it.And I ordered this weeks before so I’m just really disappointed.

Sales staff excellent customer service let down by delivery unfortunately this company staff need a lot of training. I called a few times to speak with a manager but dean was rude & wouldn’t put me through then cut me off & Paul was no better. When the owners or managers read this review please provide training for your staff on how to communicate with customers who have been buying from your store from empire days. Honestly very disappointing let’s other staff down.

Absolutely atrocious service, took my money for appliances that did not arrive on back order, they 'lost' another appliance and did not tell me until the night before delivery, then when appliances were delivered, the gas installation I requested had not been put on the invoice so I was 2 days without a cooker or fridge freezer. The customer service team are rude and no apologies were offered. I was a customer for 10 years, I will never buy from them again. Save yourself the hassle and costs of Sonic Direct not doing their jobs.

Amazing service from the second we ordered!Really could not fault our experience with Sonic Direct. Straight from the minute we pressed order, we had a call with the customer services team to check everything went OK and to see whether we needed assistance with claiming our cashback.The delivery team were fantastic and kept me updated throughout. We've some difficult steps to navigate but the lads were absolutely spot on.Would not hesitate to use again. great experience and great service!
