Diligent Developments
Sebastian and team did a fantastic job doing a significant structural and refitting project in our new house. The project involved removal of two structural walls, installation of a structural box beam, full electrical/plumbing fit-out and kitchen installation and decoration -- 3 months of work.From the start, Sebastian demonstrate his experience, understanding of our vision, and clearly had an experienced and professional team to do the job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Diligent Developments and will be using them in the future!

Called this firm twice - twice I had to provide my contact details with the promise of a call back - after weeks nobody had the courtesy to get in contact with me. This is basic stuff.....very poor service from the very start

I don't usually write reviews but spent a lot of time and effort looking for a contractor to stop the water coming into our basement (as a result of high water table). This contractor was polite but I was stunned when receiving the quote. They quoted over £4,000+VAT for a waterproof resistant concrete slab 100mm thick with a damp proof membrane sheet, which they say is saving us a few grand" from installing a sump pump. Separately

Used Diligent Developments on several projects and have to say they are by far one of the best builders I have worked with to date.We had a kitchen and basement water proofing project done by them recently, the job was done on time (I know amazing for builders right?) and in the original cost with a great finished product.Thank you Team Diligent

Diligent Developments are hands down the best builders I've worked with. Each person in the crew is professional, the work is done on schedule, and they really go the extra mile to make sure it's done properly. Seb in particular spent a lot of time making sure our plans were going to turn out exactly the way we hoped and I'm certain we would've made a lot of mistakes without his guidance.I really can't recommend the crew at Diligent enough, and we'll definitely be going back to them for any future building works we have.

If your drivers are anything to go by then I would steer clear of this company.It appears you will do anything to be first in the queue, even if this means driving in wrong lanes and driving dangerously to achieve this!Your van is your marketing tool; suggest you use it to full effect by being as courteous as possible on the road.Currently have the impression you'd do anything to get the job done, including cutting as many corners as possible!

Seb at Diligent is passionate about quality and seeing things done properly. He undertook flooring work at my flat and was a natural point of reference when, many years later, I needed trustworthy advice on building issues. He immediately stepped in to assist, successfully negotiating a solution to a sensitive problem I faced. Being the person he is, he was driven by the need to see a fair resolution, using his technical expertise, and refused to take any compensation himself. That was greatly appreciated.
