The seating accommodated everyone. The staff were all polite and on hand to help with whatever you needed. The food was a great price and full of flavour. Couldn't think of anything bad to say about our experience.

Not happy at all!! How can you do that with customers! My little ones extremely hungry ordered pizza and fries vegetarian. But sent us totally different order I need my refund or the order I’ve ordered!! Not the one I haven’t ordered!!all in the bin!! Shame will never order again!

Kids meal is good value for money. Location is good. Seating and space is good. Number of waiters per table is good. Service by waiting staff was excellent, all very happy and attentive.Other food is a bit expensive for what it is and they are a bit tight with their cheese. Much cheaper to take out and use vouchers if you want Pizza Hut pizza. Salad doesn’t have pasta anymore.The staff really impressed me on this visit though. Really well done.

I did not like this branch though I have a great loyalty for pizzahut.First many items were missing such as the ice cream factory, cheese triangle, besides the salad station missed many initial item. second it takes long time to get the order especially the dessert.The staff though we're nice and it seems they were understaffed on the day i visited.

Came and treated ourselves to a night out and some pizza. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. App order was quick and easy. The Salad bar was quick and convenient and tasty, and the drinks machine was quick and all working which was good. Food came out lovely and hot and was tasty, however the waitress said I forgot what this one is called" to which I replied "Meat feast?" And she put the pizza down and walked off. Not knowing the menu reflects bad on the staff however could've just been tired/new. Staff were also standing round and talking managers included because it wasn't busy

Very quite and salad bar is good pizza buffet not that impressive. I do think they should have more options and better taste. Price wise is okay. Staff are very friendly.

Been there family lunch nice and cozy atmosphere. A little bit pricey for buffet but food was amazing unlimited drinks and salad. Lot of varriety at salad bar and a little ice cream factory on the side. Overall nice experience

Ordered 4 large pizzas, opened the corner of boxes just to make sure correct pizzas. Got home and none of the pizzas were actually cooked, the cheese wasn't even fully melted and bases white and doughy. The spicy pizza wasn't spicy and the fries were hardly cooked. Rang Pizza hut they said I should have checked pizzas fully. Didn't think I needed to check to see if a pizza was cooked as its the only thing they make. No one ate the pizza. Definitely won't be going back and a waste of £50+

Visited on Tuesday lunchtime. The young lady serving us was great. Warned us it was card only before she seated us, which wasn't an issue for me. Asked if I was going to use a certain well known discount code before I bought it up myself.Online order system was a bit pointless as the code wasn't working but she helped out and put it through. Food was good, just your standard pizza hut food. Salad bar was well stocked.No complaints about the food or service at all, but just not a fan of how close together some of the booths and tables are. Would definitely come back though
