A sewers Garden of Eden. So many temptations to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help with colour options or alternatives to what is unavailable. My favourite shop in the whole of Norwich.

I went in on Saturday to find some fabric for a bridesmaid dress and was asked to wear a mask even though I have an exemption badge. According to the girl I still had to wear a mask. Exemption badges mean that I have a hidden disability that stops me from wearing a mask. Will not be going here again. The girl was rude, the lady behind the counter heard the whole thing and didn’t do anything at all.

Very disappointing. I travelled a long way to go and look at the bolts of fabrics in store, and also the books to be able to order what I needed. I was told there was a new appointment system for which you are charged 25 pounds, and unless you had paid you could not look at the fabric books.This is customer service at its worst.

Great selection of fabrics, well curated and displayed and helpful friendly staff. There's an upholstery and decorating department across the street that's worth a look too.

Oh my goodness, what can I say so shocked by the lady's attitude and manner towards myself and my daughter whilst shopping for curtain fabric for a nursery. We were told when we asked for a sample that she would have to prioritize people that were going to buy and proceeded to shout does anyone want serving? and ignored us. I have never ever received such disgusting service and she should never assume people cannot afford it! Shame on you.

I was sent here today on a mission to buy fabric, something I know very little about. I was served by a young man who was outstanding. He took the time to show me all the options and even recommended how much I would need for the project. His knowledge was second to none, and even his colleagues were seeking his advice. Fantastic customer service and as a person far outside my conform zone, he made the whole process easy. Highly recommended shop!
