Came with a friend on her guest pass and was very impressed with both the facilities available and by the lovely welcome from the staff member( grace) who was at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and helpful and explained where everything was and what classes were available etc..She even asked if I'd enjoyed my visit as I was leaving..

We visited around a month ago while visiting family, the facilities were immaculately clean and well kept. The temperature of the sauna was perfect and the staff were friendly especially Alice who didn’t hesitate to get me towel when I forgot mine. I would highly recommend joining.

We’ve been members now for about 3 years and literally love the place as for us it’s become a lifestyle thing. The gym is superb, but to be able to also enjoy the spa side of things whenever we feel the need is just the best.Something that really shines here is the staff team, they are always so friendly and helpful and engage with you personally when visiting and are always willing to have a good laugh with you too.

Joined the club in November and have been hooked on the battle box classes with Megan! She’s incredibly friendly and really pushes me during the outdoor workouts, especially when it’s cold and raining!

Laura on reception is always there with a welcoming smile and a bubbly attitude to helping. She always goes above and beyond. The swimming pools are a lovely way to relax. The bar is full of cheerful staff that deliver your food/drink soon after you have ordered. They always do what they can to help.

Great tour from Alex today! He was friendly, professional and persuasive! He had great knowledge of the club and made us feel welcomed immediately.Also a very lovely greet from James - who is a super smiley face around the club!The only thing missing at this club is a nice fire pit in the outdoor area!

Did a 2 week trial, was never walked around the venue, had to work out where things were by ourselves.Tried on 4 separate occasions to add my daughter to the trial to be told nobody was in from the sales team on each of these occasions.Was unable to book my daughter into any activities as they were always fully booked.Waited 25 minutes for a single drink ordered on the app. Ended up going to the counter to be told to just grab a drink myself.During our visit, the sauna broke for 5 days, the steam room broke for 5 days, and the showers in the main swimming area were out of order for 5 days. The female swimming changing rooms were out of order for 5 days. Meaning female gym members had to walk through normal corridors on the way to the swimming pool area, The family changing facilities we were asked to use, the lighting was broken, so getting changed in the dark and only 2 cubicle areas to change in.There was no visibility online of what times the pool was adult only so turned away on 2 separate occasions with my daughter. Only a little sign in reception to indicate.The children's pool wasn't open a single day during the entire 2-week trial. When asked, we were told the chlorine wasn't balanced... for 2 weeks?One day, the external swimming pool was closed, but with nothing to say, it was actually closed. A chair had been placed across the entrance to the steps and a single bollard at the ladder into the pool.And, to top it all off, despite putting our car details into the portal in the entrance foyer, I received a parking fine for using the gym car park.All in all. An extremely sub-par experience. The venue could be great. If it all worked. But it just wasn't.

The gym is large and has plenty of good equipment. Changing rooms are clean and I love the three pools. Negatives - for the cost of the membership I would expect issues to be rectified much quicker. Like the constant break down of the steam room. Today the outdoor pool steam room and sauna was unusable. Personally again with the cost of membership I'd expect things to be rectified overnight so not to affect customers... Also need more weight disks in the gym.
