Me and my children love this place, the staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. Spoilt for so many different flavours for milkshakes, the waffles are amazing and my children love the cookie doughs as they can choose what they want on them. So many sweets to choose from and so many from my childhood. Lovely and clean and very welcoming. Would highly recommend this place as they are fair with their prices, unlike other places.

Without a doubt THE BEST dessert shop myself and my children have ever been too!!!! The service, the prices, the quality and the overall is just amazing! Sophia and her team will ALWAYS go out of their way to please every guest and make you feel welcome. The milkshakes are to die for; the waffles and crepes are so fresh and tasty and the amazing variety of the pick and mix sweets is always fantastic! And they have recently opened a second shop in Widnes which speaks volumes about how amazing the shop is to open a second within less than a year!!! WELL DONE!!!!!

Very friendly welcoming staff excellent with children. Good value for money. Kids loved their treats after their 1st day back to school. Also free tea and coffee whilst you wait.

I ordered for collection at the Widnes store. I turned up and it was really busy so I had to wait a bit longer for my order. This didn't bother me atall due to how busy it was and the member of staff kept me updated with how much longer i would have to wait and was apologetic even though there was nothing to apologise for. When i got my order it was most definitely worth the wait and will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work

Staff are absolutely fantastic, so much enthusiasm for kids that are taken to the shop and events are put on for the kids.... such and great service for the kids they loved it, staff are very much over the top towards the customers and would go above and beyond for all the customers!! Would recommend to everyone I know!!

This place is wonderful! The staff are so friendly and helpful. My kids find this place to be their favourite spot. The waffles are amazing and their milkshakes are delicious too.

Hey Sweetie Pie is the best sweet, milkshake and dessert shop around!! There is so much choice on offer and the prices are so reasonable. The service is second to none! All the staff are amazing with kids, helpful and cannot do enough for you. They even have activities for kids during the week and characters attending the shop on a Friday night! It’s a place to go for all the family. I love going to hey sweetie pie and have been countless times. Keep up the good work guys!

Awful place, tasteless ‘choc ice’ tasting milkshakes with no flavour of the chocolate bar you asked for. I can tell the other reviews haven’t tasted good quality milkshakes or they’re just friends of the owner.. Also over blasting cakes in the microwave that should be served fresh really is disgusting. Worst place in Warrington. Abit of advise, avoid this place and to go a good quality place that know what they’re doing like.. Mjs or midnight delivery. You’re welcome.

Honeslty i dont even know what to say.. Hey Sweetie Pie is the best sweet shop that was ever invented. Everything is to perfection, i would be there everyday if i could, they would make me go skint it is that good, not even good its mind blowing. Service there is amazing and the atmosphere is outstanding everyone bounces of each other. Soph and Paul and the rest of the staff are the best people you would ever meet in the store honestly its amazing. Everyone needs to get there seriously its mind-blowing. I love it x
