Been using this community gym for cardiac rehab/improvements for over three years; which speaks volumes for the place as I can't normally sustain anything for more than few weeks!Gym has undergone extensive enhancements, making most of the break over the lockdown period, to comprehensively cater for its dedicated and demanding membership with diverse fitness goals; members are knowledgeable and commited to working out, very friendly and always willing to help out others with the workouts especially starters; absolutely fantastic friendly atmosphere and camarderie. You don't feel out of place even as a beginner.The management is good mix of experienced and dynamically young who are always at hand to help; even with exercise & nutrition guidance etc.I'm mainly focused on long cardio work outs, while mostly seated, which are adapted to my limited physical capacity; there's choice of rowing, airbikes, handbike, ERGskiing and grappler for this. Others make full use of the wide range of free weights, extensive range of machines and the boxing areas with ring and punching bags for boxercise and heavy rope type work out.They offer full range coffees, teas, smoothies, soft & energy/vitamin drinks and protein shakes which seem extremely popular! personally I can only vouch for excellence of my tipple; teas and coffee!Very accessbile with ample parking.

Nice people, nice place. Plenty of machines and really nice outdoor area. Chose this one for the boxing facilities, which are up to a good standard.Can be quite busy at peak times, adjust yourself accordingly.

Best gym I have been to since I have started training.

Been going to this gym for 15 years.The gym has evolved and continues to improve all the time. They have everything you need for your fitness needs. Best gym in the area amazing for the community.The environment here is unique like a family members and staff are always very helpful. Much better than commercial gyms.

Best gym right now in luton. Alhamdulillah huge variety of equipment to use, the Ahki’s even got cali bars outside, boxing gym as well 10/10. Not mix aswell, subhanallah!

Outstanding gym. Very pleased with the welcoming and great atmosphere. My son has been a member for many years and it’s service only continues to improve. Definitely an asset to the community!

Amazing Gym now, they've really outdone themselves post lockdown.Management have put buckets of effort and investment into this place and I absolutely adore the cardio area. Don't let the outside fascia of the place fool yah, come in and take a look around (check out the pics),Proud to be a member of this Gym and soo glad it's local to me.They have just about everything for all your needs; Supplements, Superb cardio area (even got the curve treadmill which I've only ever seen on YouTube, until now and a proper professional staircase machine which is guaranteed to break a sweat), abundance of weight machines to ensure correct form, lots of free weights for the hard core amongst you, boxing classes for younglings and elders in a dedicated matted area with various boxing bags to knock about (there's also a 3 min ring timer which is useful) - Priceless! no other gym comes close!
