5 Ways Car Park

Awful, it felt dangerous.First of all it’s cheap and for a car park to be this cheap near other car parks that are more expensive yet this one to have a lot less cars, it must tell you something.Anyway, I parked up and on stepping out my car I noticed just how slippy the floor is. I blame the recent rains. I walked to the “stair case”. Opened the “no glass” door and noticed water everywhere even on the lifts (dangerous surely?). The stairs were dirty and wet complete with god knows what dirt. Empty takeaway boxes.Returned to car after 2hrs, paid and went.Parked elsewhere.The signs say it’s attended but it’s not. Wouldn’t leave my car there overnight. Felt dangerous and unsafe.

Do not park in this car park. I parked here on 1 September, paid over the phone to park for 12 hours and then received a fine for parking without a valid ticket. I am continuing to receive threatening letters from the operator of the car park (Euro Car Parks) despite providing evidence that I paid for parking. Clearly a scam - I would pay a little extra and go to Snow Hill multi story if I were you! Very dodgy and will be contacting the police.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS….Car stolen from this car park. Manned car park but staff don’t have a clue and couldn’t care less. Very suspicious that I was told the cctv wasn’t working but could clearly see on their screen that it was. Just don’t bother with this s**t company and its facilities!!!!

It’s a town centre car park with automatic number plate recognition, you pay by entering your registration at the end of your stay. £8 per day isn’t bad for a city centre.I got a flat tyre while there, the attendant was really helpful.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Car got stolen and the car park attendant was useless and more bothered about getting a form completed and showed absolutely zero compassion.

Stinks and looks like you’re in some slums… lifts are not working! a lot of refurbishment needed!

Nil stars if I could - stairways stank of pee, dirty and not lit correctly - then wrongly charged for a visit (paid by contactless as the machine told me) only to be later told I had paid incorrectly? And fined. AVOID

Good car park for access to Broad Street and Brindley place venues. Accessed very easily, just off 5 ways island. Number plate recognition so pay on the way out which was fine.

Parking ticket sent to me after the cinema 3 hours free I have appealed it but definitely need a system change as it’s getting ridiculous how many you get and get turned over absolutely laughable
