Thima Green Limited Development

Thima Green was hired to demolish the garage and paid to evacuate the garbage. Once they left the site we were surprised to discover rubbish was left behnd.

We have used Thima Green (led by Pavels) on three different occasions and each time, we have been very satisfied with the quality and value of their work. Pavels is easy to deal with, resourceful and punctual. I would not hesitate recommending him because if we had any house work to be done, we would only go to him.Pavels helped us first in 2014 with the renovation of our 2 bed flat and a dormer conversion. It turned out brilliantly!In 2016, he helped us out because another trader defrauded us and Pavels kindly took over the job of replastering and repointing the exterior of our building and finishing the concreting of our front porch.In 2018, he completed the interior renovation of our bedroom and living room.

We was very lucky to choose Thima Green among few other companies to build our rear extension. It wasn’t straight forward job, there was quite a few challenges on the way. With very skillful management from Pavel, all of them has been resolved . Project has been completed on time and on budget to our complete joy, relief and satisfaction. Thank you Thima Green .

We love Thima Green Limited!We used them first to construct a raised patio with a retaining wall border and steps to the garden, and the finish was great. We contacted Pavels with a couple of minor settling issues, and he was quickly around to resolve.We then asked them to fix a newly installed flat roof, which two previous companies had made a mess of, and again the level of work was excellent.They are always hard working, clean, considerate. The pride they take in their work is clear to see, we're always happy to recommend them

We hired Thima Green to do the extension of our ground floor. The team was really professional and provided all the guidance during the process... we didn't think about the challenges and risk with some of the material we selected. Their team was great at recommending better isolation material and resistant paint.They were relatively fast and their target completion date was more accurate than the other tradesmen we hired last year for kitchen refurbishment.

Pavels did a great job helping us with some structural design issues (working with an architect) in relation to a future loft conversion project we were working on. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to deal with. His input was invaluable and we hope to be able to work with him in the future.

I contacted Pavels to arrange removal of an internal chimney. Pavels communication was always fast and he got the job done quickly, efficiently and within the cost he quoted.
