First time coming here for a while. The menu has really improved and there are a lot more options now including a seperate Vegetarian and Vegan menu.Staff taking our food was a bit rude, she asked if I had allergies I said that I can't have Cucumber and she responded with I'm not sure what to do with that..." So I said as long as it isn't in mine and my partner's meal I'm ok it just makes me sick and she just laughed it off and our receipt said Allergies: No.Asked for some alterations on our meal

We had a lovely time at the Hollybrook. The food was lovely and good value for the money. The staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was calm and quiet.

We ordered 3 children's meals. 2 should have come with salad but didn't. When we queried this we were told that it was because we ordered chips. We pointed out that this was incorrect. Eventually it was corrected but we had to become assertive for it to be rectified. The waiting staff including the kitchen staff didn't seem to know what was on the menus!!

Don't understand why lights are so dim - 2 of us had to sit at a large table because it was the only well lit table.They weren't busy but food took forever to come and therefore has put pressure on the rest of the dayFood was brilliant

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the service was so quick.Chicken burger was glorious. Really tasty and succulent breast in a bun with a lovely Chipotle mayo.The scampi and chips were also fabulous.Can't fault our visit today. Just a shame we live so far away.

Large party booking and the service we received before and after our visit was amazing. The landlord was happy to accommodate fussy eaters, with no issue. Attention to our tables was excellent. 18 people enjoyed their meals, no complaints at all. The food itself was first class and the portion sizes were excellent. My one complaint was that it was very chilly for some of our party. That was the one issue that was raised!

Enjoyed our meal (4of us) and nice range of beers and lagers. Reasonable prices and didn't have to wait long. There was a problem with our order when it arrived but it was sorted out quickly and professionally. Will visit again.

The Hollybrook is one of our favourite places to eat as we like the ambience, good car parking, nice window views and more importantly the food and service. The menu is to our liking and the food is always cooked nice and presented well. Service is always friendly and efficient without being intrusive when you are eating.the only item we identified that could be improved we fed back at our visit, which was if trying to order at the table we have not yet been able to find some items on it eg mixed grill. Checking all the menu items show on the App may support more ordering at the table.
