Came for a Bowling & Buffet with work. 2 games and food.Games were good, quick ball return and a really fun atmosphere.Food was really good, everyone had a good time.Booking the event was easy and simple. We had a birthday party here and it was chaos. The employee Joe was a hard worker constantly catering to us and running around helping out everywhere. He was awesome! The process could have been smoother and better for him if Bury Bowl implements some sort of process like this: member shows up, collect their bowling shoes, immediately after collecting their shoes the same member takes down what they would like to eat/drink/dessert, lastly they input their name into the bowling lanes reserved for the party.

Went to come bowling and had a voucher for a free game, it wasn't clear it was a free game for one person. Staff were really friendly until we were shocked when we were asked for payment and then they basically ignored us. It looks lovely inside now and maybe we'll come back another time but after lugging our pushchair up the stairs (they have a side entrance but isn't advertised as one!?) We decided to leave. Especially as the mood changed which is a huge shame.

Lovely bowling alley situated in the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds. Remember to enter your car registration as a lot of people have commented online about being fined, but staff do make this clear to all customers. There is plenty to do, but the only reason I dropped a star is because some of the larger alleys in Ipswich, Norwich, or Cambridge have larger arcades and more activities for children and teenagers. Nonetheless, it is a lovely bowling alley, and I highly recommend!

Came to bury bowl 2 weeks ago on a Saturday for a works outing, and can say the manager and her team was excellent and could not do enough for us. The manger is a credit to the business and she was so helpful and really went all out to make our visit fun and stress free.

My little girl had the most amazing birthday party here, the staff were honestly so helpful, attentive, welcoming and just generally I was so impressed with the whole thing! I never bother to write a review normally, so they must have been good! Would 100% recommend this place!

Smaller than other bowling alleys I've visited. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the food was decent. Seating was very limited when bowling, but they've done what they can with the space they have. I found the music too loud to talk over and the many flashing lights on the arcade machines a bit overwhelming.

Lovely place with lots of amenities and lovely activities for the whole family (except great aunt mertle, who broke her hip back in 78)Had a delicious cocktail and food punching above it's weight class compared to other bowling alleys I've visited in this once great nation.Not sure how I felt explaining to my daughter why she couldn't wear the orientalist hat sat at the photo station!!!
