Unfortunately, within 4 days of getting my glass replaced it had a stress crack which it apppear which took another 2 weeks for them to book me in to get replaced which will be on Friday. Super inconvenient!

Had Audi Q2 windscreen replaced.Asked them to install an OEM which they provided ASAP to replace my cracked windscreen. The process was flawless, from ordering my replacement part to replacing it. Twas brilliant. Drop my car at around 8AM after 45 minutes ish, the job was finished. Process went well though a small amount of excess sealant is visible internally from edges which is not a nig deal to me, other than the job was brilliant.

Booked day off work travelled 30miles to get screen replaced. A faulty screen was fitted which failed calibration left with no safety features on car and no date/time when it will be replaced !!!!!!! Told by a unqualified manager car is safe to car !!! Only 1 star as no option for 0 this happened on the 13th April now its 6th May 2 x screen 2x calibrations by Oldbury recovery to there/back then to Nissan. Nissan they have said screen is incorrectly fitted so OEM screen ordered. So hire car it is @Autoglass cost till arrives and fitted fingers crossed that solves issues. !!!!!

Nice experience had today for the first time when I use the insurance to do something on my car. Everything was so easy to book the appointment for to change the crack windscreen just inform the insurance sent me to the autoglass link booked the appointment dropped the car and sort it out in a few hours (3 h). Meanwhile you can wait in the waiting area to enjoy a coffee or a tea.They have a toilet ( never seen one cleaner ) for customers in case you need. Close is a commercial area if you don’t want to wait .All the services received really good and easy to handle .Thank you very much !P.s. hope to not see you again :)))

Booked my car in for windscreen replacementMy appointment was 10am i got there at 9.45, was greeted well by the technician who took me to my car to do relevant checks, told me to wait in the waiting room where there was free tea and coffee.At 10.50 technician came to waiting room and said my car’s ready.Now to the windscreen replacement, you can see from the pic excess adhesive was used in that spot so the adhesive has come passed the pillar. Also a piece of glass ended up by the handle to adjust the passenger seat, if i didn’t see this someone would have got a nasty surprise. Also there were big circles on windscreen from the suction cups that were not cleaned off. So overall 5 stars for service 3 stars for the job.

Windscreen Replacement. Booked online, extremely quick process and attended time slot the following day. Greeted by my technician (Les) as soon as I arrived, process was explained thoroughly and work completed earlier than initial estimate. Les was professional, efficient and hilarious! Really felt welcome and would highly recommend! The pre/post video of works completed was a great feature.

Had my screen changed a month ago and had a water leak the day after it was changed. Not just a bit, my footwell is soaked. I contacted them the same day and reported it. A month on and still nothing done. I had trims broken and not fitted but left on my battery and clips missing. Absolute joke of a company.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service. Good welcome, following a 2 hour time slot booking.Car was driven into the Autoglass premises carefully and with thought.I was invited to a waiting room and explained the process.Forty-five minutes later, my keys were presented, and the car was perfectly attired with a new windscreen.Lots of cordial banter felt very 'welcomed'Greta buch of chaps here - very highly recommended. Thanks!
