Ordered labeda signature wheels on 2/5/22Received confirmation email about order and that was it.8 days later no wheels no communication nothing.I called them nobody pick up phone.Sent them email same story no answer at all.Very disrespectful indeed.Wouldn’t recommend this shop.Didn’t work well in my case.

The owner has been more than helpful. He would carefully spend the time in optimising the equipment suited to the specific need of the individual. He would even go to lengths to taking your number and sending updates when particular items come in. Truly brilliant customer service. Keep it up.

Went tonight to get my son his first boots, the guy serving really knew his stuff and was very polite, I’m someone who always shops online but visiting this shop was 100% worth the time to get the correct advice, will definitely be returning when we need more equipment.

Ordered a pair of skates on sale via website, skates never arrived and store couldn't provide reason why. Customer service very poor, constantly chasing for updates. Manager unable to offer alternatives, only a refund. Purchased skates from a more professional and reliable store.
