Outstanding customer service from Sean. My car was being towed from Edinburgh to Kwik fit and it was delayed for two days. I was obviously concerned but Sean kept me up to date by calling me periodically. I feel he went above and beyond. The car was repaired to a high standard and quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for tyres and servicing. Thank you Kwik Fit, Eastkilbride. Audrey

Outstanding service from Sean moment I went in. Had Puncture but needed new tyre , fitted & balanced in 20 minutes Josh completed the job professionally then held car door open as I am on crutches.They are excellent & I highly recommend to you thought It was F1 team well done thanks again Team Quikfit.

Really poor customer service. Arrived this morning and had a booking reference stating that my car would be dropped off and there would be a hire car there to collect. The gentleman who greeted me confirmed the booking for my own car but denied any knowledge of the hire car. I confirmed the reference number and the response I received was Well I'm not phoning the hire company as I'll be on hold for hours". Couldn't be less helpful. 5 minutes later the rental car arrived and the Kwik Fit employee exclaimed "Ah

Terrible treatment from the manager at the East Kilbride branch . I was told when I dropped my wheel off that I could get my manager to call up and pay over the phone when collecting latr in the day . When I returned I was greeted with a very cheeky aggressive manager who told me it was against company policy and I would have to pay cash . I explained I was unable to do that as my company need to pay for it and they are based in Leeds . He said no cash no wheel !! My van was jacked up outside my house I I was unable to work (mobile spray painter ) for 3 days while I waited on my company paying in the money so I could pay for the tyre . There was no assistance or help from the manager to Come to an arrange that could Mabe have got me on the road quicker . I lost 3 days wages (approximately £3000) . The way he spoke to me and the workers at the branch was ridiculous !! He wouldn’t even give me an invoice to send to my company to get payment to pay for the tyre . I asked if I could pay online or by card over the phone (which my company do on a daily basis ) to which he just replied no !! One of the other worker tried to help to print an invoice off and he was spoken to like a piece of dirt off the managers shoe . I had to take a quick picture of the computer screen agains the managers commands soninhad something to send my office to process a payment to me . When I returned after 3 days off the road the manager was not in and the other buys said the treatment was really unfair and they had suggested a few ways to the manager how I could get back on the road but they were dismissed and again the guys felt the wrath of this very rude managers attitude. When I worked in garages 20 years ago this was the type of manager you would find running the place . Spreading a bad/agressive attitude over the garage and thriving on the other staff being scared of him . I won’t be returning and I’ll be telling everyone not to use this branch and I feel really bad for the staff working there . It must be a nightmare coming to work dreading what kind of mood this guy is going to be in . I actually was in a coupe of weeks previous getting a tyre done on my own car . The cheek and aggressive way he spoke to the guy fitting the tyre was shocking and right in front of me as well . I didn’t know where to look !

I was contacted by kwikfit to let me know my car was ready, I came back to the car around 45mins after this call. My car was sitting across the road from the shop. When I went over I noticed it was unlocked. I then noticed when I went in the car my engine was still running. I was very disappointed in this. I went back over to let them know what had happened, I did get an apology however I really think this is unacceptable. My fuel had ran down slightly and I had things in my boot that could have been stolen, worse yet my whole car could have been stolen.

Terrible!!! Had my Audi in for Service and MOT and paid through the roof for a service not to be carried out correctly at all!Months later my car started failing took it to another garage who asked when I got this serviced and explained all. He showed me the oil that hadn't been changed since the car was bought all the other bits suppose to have been done wasn't actioned! Very poor service and extremely cheeky to customers!Would never use again!

Fast. Reasonable. Highly effective.Three visits so far. Effortless, trustworthy experience every time.Couldn't meet friendlier staff.
