Opening times are absolutely ridiculous, How is anyone meant to be able to collect things with a 2 hour window when you work their opening hours?!!.. I’ve asked my parcel to be left in a safe place and each time it is ignored, Royal Mail is the worse company for deliveries. Not in? -Leave with neighbour, na I’ll ignore that instruction and take it back to the office..

This service is apparently for those who work or are otherwise busy at the time of delivery.....however, said person returns from work to collect said parcel.....hours of opening are 8am to 10am. What about work? how do I collect this damn parcel? Change the opening times to suit those who need this service. Say 3pm to 6pm. At least give us a damn chance to collect.

I was told my item was not there and was out for redelivery despite two delivery attempts already and a card left for me saying come and collect it. No surprise then that it still didn’t arrive (and no card this time). This is medication that I am now without so of course I am disappointed.

Not good at the moment with the industrial action. Opening hours are severely limited but the staff are helpful, pleasant and efficient. Maybe they deserve that pay rise?

This is NOT a good day out for all the family and previously advertised. Whilst the staff are very obliging, there's not an actual attraction here. It's actually a facility for storing mail that they couldn't manage to deliver as they either didn't knock loud enough or could not be bothered actually attempting to deliver. But as for somewhere to take the kids for the day. This is not the place. Not recommended, unless youre collecting a parcel, I'm which case I can't comment. There's no gift shop.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for you to get your opening times right. If your staff can’t be bothered to keep the delivery office open I think we’d all rather just know rather than trying to guess when you’re open so we can pick up parcels. Plus all your gates were left unlocked.
