would give 0 stars if possible, took deposit and didn't show on the day. When contacted on the wedding day asking where he was he was rude to the person on the phone and said he'd try to bring the bouncy castle....Couldn't make contact for the rest of the day and the next couple of days. Getting our deposit back wasn't easy either!

This evening my child was expecting to ride to her from with eight of her friends however this didn’t happen, but was made aware by the organiser who booked this company that something had broken down and wouldn’t be coming. The text arrived telling this after the agreed time the Limo was supposed to. Eight very disappointed teenagers on their most special day. I would avoid in every respect possible as I’ve heard that this unprofessional behaviour is not uncommon.

1 star is far too high a rating for this company!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Shocking!!! They were booked for my daughter prom TODAY .. I'd paid a deposit and confirmed emails. He emailed me TODAY AT 4:30 To say 'oh we had a window smashed at 3am so we can't take the booking!!'Not even a phone call or text!! I have 4 teenagers on my driveway waiting for 2 taxis to drive them to prom in Newquay!!ABSOLUTE JOKE ** NEVER EVER USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY ** I have had lots of messages from people telling me he has used the 'I've had my windows smashed!' A few times already this year !!Such a massif let down with zero customer service!! Leaving me 45 minutes notice via email is shocking!! He's now called me rude and said I used slanderous words!!! HAAAAA WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

Would never use this company again! Unprofessional , unreliable and awful communication. Booked and paid in full for a limo for my daughters 10th birthday (6 weeks in advance). 4pm on the day before I received a poorly written email saying the limo was damaged and the booking was not possible!?!?! We believe the limo was obviously double booked or more money elsewhere.Lucky I eventually managed to get a refund (after numerous calls/emails) and got a last minute Limo from All Stars Limousine (The best local service around ).Cornish Limousine are not a professional reliable company. IF YOU USE THEM..YOU'LL BE LET DOWN.

This company turned up two hours early to my address telling me that i had a limo booked with them. When i explained i had booked another company at a different time he said, the other company have sent me"This is not true as i called the company i had booked and they confirmed my booking details and confirmed that they had not sent any other company to carry out the booking for them.The limo was absolutely filthy and the driver was really scruffy. I am so glad that we didn't get into this limo as the company we did book were fantastic and the limo was beautiful inside and out."

Recommend this Company to anyone, It was my Mother and Fathers 51 wedding anniversary and i booked the Baby Bentley car for them to travel in style, Mark was absolutely brilliant the service he gave was top class the car was immaculate and he made my parents feel like superstars thanks Mark for all you did.
