Come Chop African Takeaway
Very rude manager with no manners.. Placed an order and gave the right address. He wasted 1hr 30mins getting to my street. He got to the wrong address, and even while I tried to explain to him he was at the wrong place he got angry and rude. He banged the phone and drove off.. I never got the food. I’ve never had any issue with any drivers. Avoid

The food cooked at Come Chop is absolutely fantastic. It's delicious and tastes as good as the best home cooked food and as good as food from that top class African restaurant in NW or North London (can't remember exact location). Top marks to the chef and I will buy from your restaurant as often as I can (I would buy from you every day if I could).

Really delicious. Best jolof rice by far however the meat portions are a bit small so I order 2. This is probably just personal preference though I’ll be honest

Come Chop African Takeaway
This restaurant is a disgrace! Since discovering it 3 months ago, I have never received a complete order. Items are always finished or unavailable despite trying to order early. The maintenance went on for a month with a false date given by the owner of when it will re-open.Further more incorrect or no info is given. I.e. no delivery minimum is given on the website, and an updated menu of when foods are unavailable.All in all do better!

After eating it tonight I must say absolutely delicious. With a close friend from Zimbabwe, I know some of the food, and tonight was brilliant! Frienfly service and great tasting food! Will be coming again.

Come Chop African Takeaway
A year ago I wrote this review and I’m editing again to say absolutely nothing has changed, the delivery is so poor that by the time you food gets to you, if it even all comes, it is very cold and you’re not interested in it anymore. Also whoever runs the place uses a service they can’t track/contact? So once your food leaves them they have no idea who it’s with or where it is. Very unsettling for me. If I could leave less than 1 star i would.

Come Chop in Derby is the best African food ever. Even after tasting African food in London, they cannot compare to Come Chop. The food is so tasty. Thank you come Chop for never disappointing me. Your food is wonderful, it takes me back to Africa every time.
