Me and my friends ordered this for her birthday. And we have been given everything wrong. some stuff hasn’t arrived and we have been given nothing as what we have ordered. this is so disappointing considering we wanted a nice meal but some of us don’t even have our food.

Absolutely a joke!! Order deserts and shakes. Deserts come but the waffles wasnt homemade they was shop bought which i could of made my self cheaper!! And also didnt recieve the milkshakes i ordered guy said he would go back and get them, however 2hours later still waiting and cannot get hold of them!! Unfortunately all order was already paid for would advise people to say away these just want peoples money by looking at these reviews they need closing down!!!

What a shambles this place is, ordered a tray of meat, it came late, i rang them up a minute after telling them my food was freezing cold. 1 in the morning he told me he had a hundred orders, wouldnt bring me fresh food or money back. Then pretended he couldnt hear me on the phone and blocked my number,then rang the zam zams number to get the same response when he knew it was me again repeatedly saying hello and put the phone down. Wonder why your reviews are so bad.

Burnt cookie dough, inedible, disappointed children - called and told staff and they said that's how it is and refused to refund or replace - unhelpful and rude - would not order again - do not order from here - would not give one star if 0 was an option

Placed an order and still hasn't arrived. Coming up to 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous service. God knows how they think they can manage a takeaway when it seems like they don't even know how to get one order out. Still waiting on the food.

Charged £28 for black burned cookie dough, a microwave crepe and shards of plastic in our 10 year olds food. The man who answered the phone was so very rude. Would never order from here again!!!!

Got a tango ice blast which was just a standard slushie and a kinder bueno shake which was basically ice cream for 11 quid. Snide all round

I ordered a fresh crepe with banana and Nutella, what I actually received was a cold microwaveable crepe, banana and watery chocolate sauce, not worth the £6 I paid. the man who answered the phone was the rudest man Iv ever spoke to and just wanted an argument before hanging up the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Disgusting place to order from.
