Wow! Fantastic vets! I am not the easiest of mom when it comes to my furry family members big and small and I have to say No 1 vets in Rugeley really are fantastic! My rescue Molly has.had a cruciate ligament surgery today, I have been kept up to date throughout the day! Thank you!

I couldn't be more grateful for this vets. We had a very difficult border collie who is every vet's nightmare but James was absolutely incredible. Honestly they'll never know how much of a peace of mind it was that we had Number 1 Vets for our border collie. Hope you're reading this James as you sir are a godsend.

Poor customer service, they have too many people in the surgery at once and the organisation is all over the place. I got told to come at 3:30 to then be told my appointment was at 3:10If they are 10 minute slots for every person who comes through the doors then you guys are giving them way too much money.I have taken my dog here numerous times and every time I have had problems and they never prescribe the correct medication to treat my dogNot happy! who is good at their job these days

Took my father's elderly dog in to be put to sleep. Sad times but the staff there were great. Helped lift him into the surgery, were compassionate and gave us time alone. Before wrapping him and carrying out to the car again. Thank you for being professional but with a human touch.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. The vets are attentive and have looked after our two cats for the last 11 or so years. One died a few years back and I was sent a pet's condolence card, which I found very touching. I would recommend them to other pet owners.

I felt compelled after 9 years of rude staff and over priced treatment, 2 staff members policing where I parked in an emergency was the last straw, when I growled back, the nurse lied twice and the owner cancelled my dogs 2k knee operation, leaving her in pain whilst I look for another vets. As already pointed out in these reviews, the staff need training and they only think of money and not the beloved pets. Very poor.
