Went Christmas shopping last Tuesday the store had loads of good clothes in managed to get all grandchildren presents sorted and even though there was a big queue it went down quickly with extra staff jumping on tills to help good choice and plenty of sizes in stock

Young lad called Callum on till 4 today served me. What a lovely young man. Asked about my day while putting all my goods through the till. I left with a smile and wanted the young man to be recognised for his great customer service. Well done Callum in Primark, Broughton

Very busy large primark store on Broughton Park. Great low prices, good selection of clothes, womens wear downstairs, mens wear upstairs. Regular reduced rails of clothes. Great for holiday clothing and a really good selection of underwear. Queues at the tills can be long. Lots of parking available.

Sometimes struggle here for clothes for myself but came out happy with approximately 6 items for me! Also clothes for my Granddaughter, I can usually get her a nice outfit here and today didn't disappoint.... Nice outfit topped with a faux leather fur lined aviator jacket for her, £17, absolute bargain.

Nice Primark, especially as parking is easy and FREE! A great bonus compared to where most Primark are situated.A smaller branch so not all of the varieties and collections. But still a good range of items for men, women children and the home.Smaller sizes can be gone. Not sure if the run out quickly, or if they don't hold as much stock.Chester seems to have more. But worth trying Broughton when you have time for the free parking and other shops in easy distance.

Not very much to say except that the shop looked totally destroyed. No staff in sight except for a couple on the tills. Could not find anything I went in for. Everything I did pick up had no price tags and impossible to find out the price as no staff to ask .

One of the better Primarks - checkouts are usually well-manned and so queueing never takes too long. Would benefit from a larger homewares department.

Decent sized store. Plenty of choice in there and it's cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful.
