First time i used these took 6 months to get my return so thought i give them another chance to redeem them selfs this time round and hopefully it will be quicker this time and be 6 to 12 weeks not 24 weeks

Originally made the application back in June. Quick easy process with filling out the online form. Not so quick in actioning the rebate as cheque was sent by HMRC in July, although after a quick email 2 days ago to the tax people they have authorised my money to me now.It’s now been 22 days and I still haven’t received my rebate. Fobbed off by being told it will be in my account by the end of the day twice and that is when they can even be bothered to reply! This is an absolutely shocking service and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, nor would I ever use them again. It is completely unacceptable that I should have to chase somebody for MY money that I’m rightfully entitled to. As a single mum I am struggling and I am in desperate need of this money back.

would rate zero stars if i could dont recall signing a deed of agreement with this company and no response from them when i have requested a copy of this agreement with my signature on however i get a very fast response when asking for a link to the payment portal! Will be reporting this company to the HMRC.

I wouldn’t have tried to get this rebate without going through this company so it was great having them do it for me. The percentage they take off your rebate is a bit steep so that’s a let down but friendly and efficient when corresponding

Originally did a 5 star, as promised to be paid within 24 hours last week. Still not received my refund, sent 3 emails and no response. Don’t guarantee 24 hour payout if you can’t honour it. Seeming more likely that I won’t see this refund.
