Absolutely horrid conditions, there are bed bugs. Utterly bizarre, I expected better. This needs to get sorted out now!

If you have anxiety issues or any problems with loud noises and fireworks, do not come here. As much as it hurts to watch myself write this: SPC was a mistake. The rooms are nice and the WiFi is alright, but you won't find any peace here.Do not make the same mistake I made and think the positive reviews outweigh the negative ones

- Great accomodation.- The room's are adequately sized, with attached ensuite bathrooms.- They have studio as well as shared kitchen options. Shared kitchen rooms range from having 2-6 flatmates in one flat.- The premises are quite clean.- There is someone at the reception 24/7.- There is a common space, with sofas, a pool table, a table tennis and some vending machines.- There is also an on premises gym, as well as a laundry room, with washers and tumble dryers.- The staff is kind and helpful.- As it comes under one of the university accomodations, a couple members of the ResX team visit St. Peter's, usually daily. If any issues are being faced by the students, they can reach out to the ResX team, who would help.

I'm covered in bed bug bites and they aren't doing anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place, not worth it.Update: Its been a week, I'm still covered in bed bug bites and they still haven't found me alternative accomodation.

Awful experience, the room had mould all on the walls right by my bed and my shower had gone green with mould. The room was way darker than the photos and so a light had to be on at all times, it was like my own little prison cell. On my first night I had silverfish in my bathroom, and the kitchen was filthy, not because the flatmates were dirty, but because the hob had gone orange with rust. Nothing has been updated in about 20 years. The staff rude, after going to the reception to hand in my key-card when moving out, the reception was closed at 4pm, despite saying it would be open until 8pm. I would advise going here.

For the exorbitant amount that this place charges as rent, the living experience is a nightmare. My sister arrived in this accommodation and had to drag heavy luggage all by herself up to the top most floor. The day she arrived, all her bedding came through a parcel, but no one was there at the reception to collect it. She had to sleep in the cold for the night. In addition to this, within a few months of her arrival she started noticing that the room had an infestation with spiders and bugs. It's also ironic how the student accommodation does not have any one at the reception at all times, when the staff should actually be the one present in case anyone needs help. My sister has stayed in many student accommodations before and this has been the worst experience by far. There's no empathy from management or staff to actually make the life of students comfortable. The least they can do is, be approachable, but what can you expect when the reception doesn't even have staff all the time.

Heater never works. Maintenance team takes days to come after you’ve put up several complaints.

They have bed bugs everywhere and said to just go back to our rooms after we told reception. My friend had to book a hotel because she's allergic to bed bugs and they aren't compensating her.

Positives-Gigabit Wired Internet: Offers both download and upload speeds of 1gb/s.-Wi-Fi: Speeds around 300 mb/s - the internet was flawless, with only one outage. Overall, it was very reliable and impressive.- Ensuite: The bathroom is slightly small and dated, with some signs of mould on the ceiling. However, the water temperature and pressure were satisfactory.- Friendly Staff: All interactions, whether with reception or maintenance staff, were positive. They were always eager to assist.- Parcel Collection: Parcels can be dropped off at the reception for collection.Negatives- Heating: The heating system is manually controlled and only turns on for a short period when you press the button. This makes it chilly at night as the heating doesn't automatically come on. Maintenance suggested buying an electric heater, but there's also an option to remove the radiator pin for constant heating.- Room Discrepancy: The advertised room was vastly different from the actual room. All the photos I saw were of what I later found out to be the new block

My daughter stayed here last year and it was the worst experience of her life. Her flat mates were all disgustingly unhygienic in the kitchen. They refused to empty the bins. They never cleaned the hob, microwave or sink. The worktops were sticky with bits of food everywhere. Also when the windows were kept open, which you had to because of the foul smell, they had pigeons coming into the kitchen! They would poo on the sofas and floor and even though I complained about the other flat mates to reception, nothing was ever done. Everybody who saw the state of the kitchen were shocked. There were so many flies because of the bins it really became a health hazard. As parents we had to come every month just to clean the whole kitchen to make it bearable for our daughter to use. The boys just did not care about cleanliness. For this reason I would say try not to share with lads as most wouldn't care about tidying up after. Awful place to stay.
