They said they would visit my property and cure a water leak on Friday, or Saturday. They let me down on both days.My 4 voicemail messages and an email, to find out what was goung on, got no response.I am yet to receive either an explanation, or appology to why they did not honour their word.After realising I had been totally let down, I was left trying to find an emergency plumber on a Saturday afternoon.Luckily I was able to find someone who was able to keep an appointment and got the problem resolved.The choice is yours. :-(
