Nice products and a good price especially as there was a sale on. Store is clean and tidy and staff friendly. Finding what you want in the draws below was a bit of pain as was the huge que for check out where the employe insisted on signing all 3 people in front of me for a loyalty card taking their full details email and addresses. I was very close to walking out.

Decent products. Good sale prices.Poor availability of sizes. Staff very unprofessional - shouting and squealing about a spider, very disruptive to customers.

Went for my first bra fitting today. Katie the lady that helped me was professional and polite which made me feel more relaxed and less embarrassed. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back again.

Although they had a lovely range (colour and type) of lingerie, the sizing is limited, only going up to a G cup and sadly the staff gave me incorrect information regarding cup sizes/volume when using different band sizes. A shame as I had been led to believe Boux was a close second to Bravissimo.

Had a fitting with Francesca on the 8th October and I can't speak more highly of her service. Going into the appointment I was a little nervous as I hadn't had a fitting in years aswell as the fact my body had changed over the pandemic, so I was learning to love my new body with the help of some retail therapy.She made me feel comfortable straight away, acted professional when it came to adjusting and picking the right size and gave me some useful tips along the way.During the appointment she made me aware she was new and I couldn't believe it! She was such a natural when it came to customer service and selling the garments. I hope her all the best in her career at Boux Avenue and I hope her management team see's this comment. Thanks again lovely, I will be back for your spring collection!

Went in to specifically have a bra fitting, as website says you can just pop in. 3.30pm, asked as the counter and was told point blank no. Staff came across as rude and pretty dissatisfied for whatever reason - I tried on something and it fit, but I left without buying. They were also quite rude to lady in front of me - charged her full price, then when she questioned it they fixed it without a word of apology, like she was inconveniencing them.Won’t be returning to the store.

I popped into the Southampton store today, at 6.40pm and asked if someone could do a real quick bra fitting for me. There was about 6 members of staff mulling about, one was on the phone chatting with what sounded like a mate and being nice and quiet I didn't think it would be an issue. Bear in mind the store closes at 8pm! I was told no because of lack of staff and shift change at 7pm. You literally turned away custom. I have only ever used you, and probably now won't again

The girl serving was rudely shouted at by another customer whilst I was being served she dealt with it very well, bless her
