Cannot recommend this company enough, extremely helpful from the moment I first made contact. Ended up having to have a vehicle recovered twice in as many weeks and they were there as promised both times. The lads who picked the car up were really friendly and very helpful with their advice. And the office team got it booked in and collected within minutes. If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would have chosen it! Great company, great service just a great overall experience.

I cannot express the quality of service I received from this company. Responsive, supportive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, trustworthy - could go on and on with positive comments!!! They do what they say to the very highest standard, you will not be disappointed when using this company, very highly recommended!!! -I drove over a rock, such a good driver being a female- this company are Absolutely ace, I was kept in the loop-they let me know on all what happens-Jenny was so nice helping me, no doubt will be using these guys again, knowing my luck my car will have another issue. Worth the cost just not ideal happening in December- highly recommend

Crashed car to be recovered from St Asaph police compound. North Wales Recovery - cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent, timely customer service and the whole process was very professionally carried out by Ian. A completely positive experience and will be my first port of call if I require recovery again in North Wales in the future.

Fantastic service from North Wales Recovery and Rescue. Ian showed up just over a hour after I called the office, he was clearly very experienced and well equipped for the job. He took a ‘belts and braces’ approach to the situation to ensure the van got out undamaged. Really impressed would recommend to anyone!!

Lee and the team were excellent and very helpful in an incredibly scary and stressful time. After an accident in the snow and ice resulted in my car nearly going off the side of a steep mountain road, which left me and my partner stranded in North Wales (we are from London), Lee helped us navigate the situation, recover my car safely in icy conditions and assisted with helping us arrange transportation home. I would definitely recommend them if you're ever in a pinch and need assistance. They go above and beyond to help.

My experience of NWR was entirely positive. There was a great deal of difficulty in getting to the remote spot where I live and retrieving the immobile vehicle from where it was stuck. Amazing skill and patience and best of all courtesy and good humour meant that a lot of the stress of the whole thing was taken off me at what was a difficult time , so thanks and continued success for your business
