Always a great visit to this cineworld, I have never been when the screen has been full. There are very rarely long queues for food and drink and if there are they move quickly. Staff have always been polite and helpful. IMPORTANT- remember to validate your parking ticket (if parked in the Resorts World car parks) the machine is usually located next to the female toilets in the screening corridor. The price for parking jumps to £17.00 after 2 hours if you don't validate your ticket. Validation takes it down to £2.00 :)

Friendly staff. 35 minutes of advertising after official starting time movie. Most disgusting cheese and salsa dips ever, would not give this to my dog. Other than that; great experience!

if you love the cinema experience then this is the place for you. It's a 'destination' cinema so the visiting crowd are there to genuinely enjoy the film rather than inner city cinemas that might attract youths only there to pass the time. Nice environment, good sound and screens. My only critique is the amount of time it takes to purchase concessions. I've never been anywhere that takes quite so long to buy a portion of popcorn. Otherwise well recommended.

We were slightly confused when we came to park the car, as it said anything over 2 hours was £17 to park. We then worked out that if you are going to the cinema, you get that reduced to £2. Just validate your ticket on the machine inside the cinema.The cinema was lovely, loads of leg room and clean, tidy and modern.Staff were really friendly and there was a great selection of food and drinks.

Great cinema. Recommend using a discount code as it is quite pricey. Normally can find this on the Internet or kids pass.Though for an even cheaper option, they do offer a selected kids films for a cheaper price normally around 10am on the weekend & is an older film.Seats are fixed and have booster seats for the kiddies to use if required.Toilets are available and clean too.

We came here yesterday for a 9:20pm showing. We were being served by a young woman who was obviously new and had no clue what she was doing. Our queue was soo slow. Other people in the other lines who were behind us were being served before us. If you can see customers have been waiting use your initiative and call them over to the other line. We asked for mixed popcorn and clarified with her twice that it was mixed, of course the popcorn wasn’t mixed. I later went back to get some ice-cream the same employee who is new was serving the ice cream, I waited for 10 minutes and gave up. Why would you put someone new or less confident on a shift that is on national cinema day? Also if people are waiting for a long time at least apologise. The staff checking tickets need to learn to interact properly and smile. Just damn miserable! The cinema experience itself is good and love the leg room but omg last nights waiting times were painful. Don’t forget that most customers come out of their way to get here, so the least you can do is do your job properly

A clean and well presented venue. Food and drink is of course expensive but that is expected.Went to see Oppenheimer in IMAX and it was an immense experience. The picture and the sound of the IMAX screen is incredible. I know it's not a 'true' IMAX projection but as the nearest 'true' screen is a few hours drive away, this one is far enough ahead of normal screens to warrant the price increase. Of course, to fully appreciate it, it depends on the film being watched! Comfortable seating, even for the 3 hour long film we watched.DON'T FORGET to scan your parking ticket before you leave to discount your parking from about £17, to £2.
