What a fantastic experience working with Chris. He was open, honest, hard working and diligent. He is so easy to get along with and I am truly grateful for him helping sell my house - in less than a week!

I honestly can't recommend Chris highly enough. He has now sold my last two houses and I would never consider using anybody else (although I hope it’s a while before I move again!). On both occasions Chris has shown unrivalled dedication and commitment to getting the property sold to the right buyer at the right price. My last sale had some tricky moments towards the end of the process, but Chris was able to keep calm and keep the deal on track. His communication with all parties is second to none and his professional and open approach instils confidence in potential buyers. If I could give more than five out of five I would!

Chris is the MOST personable, reliable and obliging estate agent, quite possibly, ever! Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout our house move, even when he took his annual leave, he made sure we were still looked after. Chris kept in touch, giving us updates and checking in with us, but went above and beyond our expectations and was the main contributor to the chain actually moving. Chris was with us until the very last minute, and when things got tough (our side of things), he pulled us through!Chris, we genuinely do not think we could have gone through this process without you, it was comforting to work with an estate agent with such good work ethic and drive, and ultimately, we love our new home! Having moved quite a few times I can honestly say Chris has been the best estate agent we have ever used. Chris was attentive, reliable and was always available to answer any questions. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is considering selling their property. If only the solicitors worked as hard as Chris. Chris goes above and beyond and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for more.

Chris was the perfect estate agent for us. He took amazing photos and created an exceptional video to sell our house on Saturday. Sunday the house was marketed and we sold above asking price to someone who viewed on Monday! The buyers he found for us were exceptional in their patience when things got a bit slow further down the chain.He went above and beyond at all stages. The level of care, attention to detail, compassion and knowledge couldn't have been higher if he was selling his own house. One of the best things about him was his calm but driven attitude.We wouldn't use anyone else ever apart from Chris and have recommended him to everyone we know. If I could give more than 5 stars I'd give 100!. Chris is not only a pleasure to deal with at every interaction , his ability to navigate around challenges and issues is incredible. He keeps all stakeholders informed and goes out of his way to support the clients, this extends to out of hours and weekends. I would highly recommend Chris as if it was not for him and his key relationships, drive and ownership my move would not have even happened. Bravo Chris.

I can't recommend Chris enough, from the outset he is easy going, polite, approachable regarding every aspect of our house sale and the entire process! He made something very stress much much easier, always on the end of the phone or a message, any questions about the process answered, chasing up slow solicitors, even helped us with our move!! 9-5 doesn't apply because he cares!Our house was photographed Thursday, advertised Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have 12 viewing that's produced 5 offers, when the first offer we accepted pulled out he had already got the second one on place before we knew what had happened!Do not use a high street estate agent, they won't care about you, Chris will see you right I personally guarantee it!

Chris was the estate agent for the sellers whose house we purchased. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and Chris made us feel so supported throughout the process, even though he wasn't hired by us! I wouldn't like to think about what the process could've been like had it been managed by another agent who perhaps wouldn't have been as supportive and professional. Chris has a very calm and friendly nature and we felt straight away that we could trust him and ask any (maybe silly!) questions we needed to throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Chris and would consider his services in future, as he definitely removed a lot of stress :). Thank you Chris!
