XLN only provide good service for 3 months after that it anything but.Broadband keeps going down about 10-15 times a day. Being a online business it is very difficult to work. We are using our next door neighbours internet which is not ideal.I have been trying to get hold of the tech team for almost 6 weeks now and no luck.Staying on hold for a long time listening to music and how important we are to them. Last time I was on hold for 1H:30 mins and gave up at the end.Paying for a service and not receiving the service.What a shambles company.Terrible service

The only reason I give 1 star is you cant leave a review with noneThese people are a bunch of crooks .They will call you and talk through a price plan and tell you how cheap it is and how dear your existing contract is . They will then call you back and sign you up to a contract that you think you have already discussed only to find you are going to pay in my case double the previous cost and they will throw at you the second phone call which records you agreeing to everything.A deeply deceitful organisation and the phone service is absolutely hopeless.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

This company has to be the worst telecommunications company there is, XLN has left my business without a fully functioning phone line for 8 weeks.Their resolution to the problem has been to place my line on a call divert whilst they investigate the problem, ive given them the benefit of the doubt to rectify the situation but 8 weeks in and still no further forward.I’ve tried numerous times to contact management to be told no management onsite and I will receive a call within 24 hours, yet no one calls you back.I today managed to speak with their customer complaints team who again assured me they will investigate the problem but its a waiting game! Surely XLN a customer who has been with you 10 years has now waited long enough.There management are only interested in connecting you to see if you will remove your negative feedback left on trustpilot.I’ve told customer complaints I will continue to leave negitive feedback on every social media platform and review sites every day until they rectify my problem.This is having a detrimental affect on my business.Stay well clear of this company if looking for a telephone or broadband provider.“XLN do the right thing and sort this mess out”!G&B Accident Repair CentreG51 3HZ

We were preparing to move from our current office to a new office that already had broadband included and ask XLN for advice, were told that if we informed them of the new address and date we were planning to move, because I was out of contract they would simply cease the service no issues.I followed their instructions to the letter.No we have moved 1 month later am now being chased from a collection company for money for a random amount of money.Apparently for a cancellation of contract fee I was assured wouldn’t be issued.Shameful

Don’t ever trust what these people say. only after the money and they will somehow manipulate you into a contract with a cancellation fee. I was rushing to get broadband to my shop they said they will get the connection up and running within 48 hours that was the only reason i agreed to a contract yet it’s been a week still no broadband connection so I rang them but all they were saying it takes more than two weeks for the broadband to go live which is ridiculous how can I run a business without internet. And the representative were very rude. when I said I want to leave Xln they bashed me saying you can cancel no problem but have to pay a ridiculous amount for the cancellation. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has businesses.

Scammers. end the calls on me. scammed my business. bill was 27 after a year it was 55-60. they told me twice my contract ended hence the increase. did not send an email nor a text to inform us after we gave opt in details to them and specified this. they said you should keep a copy of you contract in your pocket which is the most ridiculous thing iv heard. NEVER USE XLN. THEY MADE A NEW COMPANY called daisy communications to rectify all their scamming reports. they say they answer the phone with in 3 rings. lol iv been on hold for over 1 hour. the staff their say they will put u on hold but instead tranfer you over to main reception and then you sit on hold again for another 30 minutes. i have cancelled everything with them and will be taking matter further with these filthy scamming poor excuse of a company.

I've had nothing but trouble for the last 12 months. I've lost count how many times I've lost service. I've been overcharged and the resolution to these problems takes far too long I can't wait to finish my contract and get out.

Positives: Very helpful UK based call centre staff. Every single one of them have been wonderful to talk to.Negatives: can take a very long time to get through to the call centre. 3/4 an hour with on hold music isn't fun.Warning: be aware of very high charges if you leave the contract early.

i am also one of their victims. never provided the speed they promised and it was hard even to check the emails. for this rubbish internet they were charging me 62 pounds each for two connections. i was out of contract and gave them one month notice to cancel but they still charged me for another month. it is impossible to speak to them on the phone as you keep waiting for ever. be careful. there are better service providers at less cost.

Purchased broadband for £32pm and was quite happy with the deal. After 3 months applied additional charges of £5pm for insurance i did not agree to and then annual charge increases. After only 6 months of the 18-month agreement i was now paying £47. They then ended my agreement early and have been charging me £67 for being out of contract. Every time I’ve tried to speak with them about it they always push another contract on me and never want discuss a refund. They provide an extremely poor service and apply charges without agreement. Will never use their services again and I recommend you don’t either. PS they also charged me £120 to set the broadband up and I’ve since learned no other competitor charge a set up fee.
