Avoid this place!!The guy in the floor was a total ignorant.Completely disinterested in helping or showing the cars.We were told we could only test drive once we had agreed to purchase and if we wanted to see how it ran to go to the main dealership?!?!And the car was shown to us in a very dark warehouse.Basicaly if you don't pay for the ca you can't even do a test drive and there no price negotiation!!Very rude service.Of course we didn't take the car - if you cant get a test drive in the 1st instance imagine the hassel you face trying to activate a warranty if something goes wrong with the car after purchase.More over car was described as Excelent condition and there were loads of scratches not mentioned in add!!Just waste of time going all the way from Birmingham!!

After having hadn't my previous car written off I decided I would like a cheeky upgrade. After having searched auto trader, gumtree, eBay and other sites for nearly two weeks and not finding a car in my price range I increased my budget and found a car that looked the bill sold by these guys. Looked great in the pictures, price was about right, spec was great and then.... I read the customer reviews! After reading reviews from multiple platforms and seeing that nearly all was negative and reading about the customer service, staff and aftersale experience I was so put off I didn't even bother call to enquire about the car. Even though I really wanted it.Needless to say I found a car that I'm happy with and cheaper, newer, and with less mileage than the car I was obsessing about.

I bought 16000£ E class convertibile 49k miles on the clock but real millage on ECU are 80k, they gave me fake service history papers saying service has been done very recent. In fact, engine oil was very old and oil filter deteriorated . Also They say gearbox oil and filter was changed but there never opened not even one screw. On advert they added car's options that this car's model never can have them. Also because they didn't pay attention, one of the headlight buls cover was missing, water gone thru , I paid £150 for new ballast, 1 year warranty said warranty cannot cover this fault. The car was quite dirty inside , petrol gauge was absolutely on 0 , I drove whit fear to the nearest petrol station . I suppose when a car cost £ 16.000 , £5 petrol added by dealer, is not a fortune.

Avoid at all cost - I suspect we had a narrow escape! The guy in the floor was a total tool. Completely disinterested in helping or showing the cars. Was frustrated we wanted to sit in the car we were interested in and totally lost it when we asked about a test drive. He said we could only test drive once we had agreed to purchase and if we wanted to see how it ran to go to the main dealership?!?! How you can ascertain how a second hand car runs from driving a new car defies logic.. I thought he was a sexist idiot so my partner agreed to deal with him - turns out hes just a super rude, unhelpful salesman. Of course we didn't take the car - if you cant get a test drive in the 1st instance imagine the hassel you face trying to activate a warranty if something goes wrong with the car after purchase.

Firstly you cannot leave a review without choosing a star, let me state for the record that this review is no way worthy of any star whatsoever. Unfortunately there is not an option for minus stars - and this should most certainly be the case!If you are looking for a decent car in this garage then maybe you should take extra caution. Do not trust them they are interested in your cash and cash only. They have no customer service skills or aftercare service. They are rude angry and obnoxious!!! They do not conduct themselves in a professional manner at all.I just wish we had read reviews before proceeding with even looking at their cars.My husband went along with my son to look at a BMW 318 which had full service history and one owner from new. This was at the end of July. They ended up purchasing the car. It came with a Dynamic Warranty cover from Warranty First. Have since found out its covered for repairs up to 1000 sterling and you have to pay 10% excess. The car has had problems from the start it has been overheating and the garage are not interested whatsoever. Baring in mind we have had the car just 7 weeks tomorrow. First the girl told us to check the oil then try engine coolant. They informed us not to complain to them and to contact the warranty company. Furthermore we are still waiting for the V5 document. Its only been 7 weeks they said.We have now escalated a claim with the warranty company. The car cannot be driven at all as the engine overheating alert comes on immediately, can only drive a mile before the warning lights come on. It is also loosing power. Hence the car is currently parked up in the garage waiting the approval from the company. It has to be diagnosed by your chosen repair centre, the labour can be no more than 50 pounds including VAT per hour. They have to be VAT registered.Anyway as of today no V5 doc so I called the garage earlier chasing them for it and was greeted on the phone by a very rude girl her name she said was Ella. She clearly is not happy in her work and insinuated to me immediately that I was bothering her and that she does not deal with V5 paperwork. She went on to say that her Manager Joseph is useless and never sends the V5's to the DVLA to be processed and that she was fed up with customer complaints. She was most angry and seemed very frustrated that she had picked up my call. She told me to send email about it but it might be a waste of time as her boss just ignores emails. Really I could not believe she was saying all this. I went on and asked her to call me back to let me know if it had been processed. Reluctantly she said she would have to ask Joseph if she was able to reach him as he works strange hours. I hadn't heard from her so I called again a bit later and when she realised it was me she immediately hung up. So I called them back, I asked her why she put the phone down and she said I am trying to take a payment from a customer for a car and that I was preventing her from doing that. She also said she was dealing with 10 things at once! Really I could not believe her rudeness.... A guy then snatched the phone he refused to give me his name but I presume he could have been Joseph. He was very aggressive towards me and immediately informed me that he had reported me to the police for bothering them. I tried to inform him that he and his staff were rude and cannot treat a customer in this way, he was talking over the top of me the whole time his reply was look here lady don't call here again yeah you aint a customer and only call if you want to buy a car' .He then informed me to call DLVA to sort it out. He repeated again that I had been reported to the police and slammed the phone down.I could not believe his rudeness!Suggest if anyone is considering giving their custom to this unprofessional business and parting with their hard earned cash

TERRIBLE... wish Id read these reviews before buying my car. There was loads of faults, they ignored all emails I sent. When I took the car back they offered to repair some of the faults not all. The paint had started bubbling within 7 days. After a paint specialist checked it he said it had had a bad respray ont he back, probably to cover damage or rust. They refused to refund me unless I took £500 off, I said no chance and they went down to £300. Ive give them the keys and left the car there and will be going through court to get my money back. I had a bad feeling when I went into the palce and should have trusted my instincts about the place and especially Joseph. Id travelled for 3 hours on the train which made me go against my better judgement. Avoid like the plague - youll see from all the reviews that it's not just me. Hopefully this saves some more people the troubles we have faced.

If anyone told me that this dealer specializes in reselling rejected cars from main dealers, I would believe it. I purchased a car in August 2015 and within days of driving off, it was one complaint after another. Car was advertised with no faults but I cannot understand how a car leaked so much oil within a day and they claim that they know nothing about it. It gets worse. Engine management light by the 2nd week and by the forth week, it was a warranty claim to fix the timing chain as it was about to snap. Guess who fixed it..... To my surprise the timing chain skipped a tooth and the car lost compression. Within 4 months, I had a car which was purchased on finance and was completely off the road with a major engine fault. Thanks to the finance company, I got most of my deposit back and the car was returned.Autolink motor should feature on BBC Rogue Traders as they are complete cons.Damn why cant Google allow me post a review with no stars. They deserve none.

Bought a small car for my wife, what a terrible £6000 mistake I made. There was a squealing sound from the engine and they promised that it was the drive belt. They said that they had checked it and there was nothing to worry about. They apparently gave me a £50 pound discount on the asking price of the car. I took the to a local mechanic and he stated that it was not the drive belt and that I should go back to the dealer immediately and request they fix the problem. I went back to them and they told me that I should not be silly and go to these mechanics so they said they would change the drive belt. I left it with them and came back and it appeared to have fixed the squealing sound. About 2 weeks later the sound returned along with a loud growling noise. I sent them an email, no reply. Telephoned them and they were quite uninterested. I went back to another local mechanic and they confirmed that it was the definitely the AC Compressor all along. Got back to Autolink Motors Ltd and they basically told me they couldn't help and to ask warranty. Phoned Warranty" and they said unless it seizes they wont cover it and now I know that it has a fault it was my responsibility the fix it at my own cost!New compressor - Over £1000 pounds (Checked Nissan)Alternator beltPulley Damper + Bolt+ Re gas Aircon+ Labour= Total £1700One word of advice

Bought a car in September 2015, the service was acceptable until the main guy (Joseph) came along.. Having finally negotiated an acceptable price, we bought the car.Three months later the car had mechanical issues, the dealer provided warranty but did not give me the mot or service history with the car. A lot of chasing around had to be done. Kept trying to add other parts into the final cost.I will never be shopping here again.
