This is the first time I have visited this salon. My hair was styled by Alice and it is without doubt the best hair cut I have had in absolute ages. Alice took time to talk to me about how I liked my hair styled, and her attention to detail is impeccable. My family concurred that it is the best my hair has looked. Highly recommend Alice and the salon. I will definitely be having my hair cut there every 6 weeks from now on.

I have been a customer for a number of years, and this review is well overdue. Everytime I have visited the salon all the girls have been so warm and friendly, offered me drinks (and sometimes even cake!). I have had my hair cut, coloured, highlighted and had extensions put in here, so I've tried a bit of everything! Most recently I panic called on a Saturday afternoon to explain I had bleached my hair yellow! They fit me in straight away on Monday, and megan used a toner on my hair that has left me with a gorgeous ash blonde colour! I was over the moon as really thought I'd ruined it. What really stood out for me though was that I had had to take my 7 month old teething baby with me who was being a bit of a monkey, and megan helped keep her entertained and even brought her over to the sink with me so she could watch me have the toner watched out! Things like that make a huge difference to mums and she made my day. Thanks so much all day dfine

I have been seeing Vicky in the HALSTEAD salon for the past year for a colour correction. She has achieved such beautiful results without over processing my hair and I am so happy with the outcome. Her cutting skills are brilliant too. She is very professional and listens to what the client wants. The salon itself is warm and friendly and I really enjoy my visits there. Would highly recommend.

I visited the D’fine Salon in Halstead on 14th April as I was staying nearby for a wedding. I’d booked in with Vicky for a blow dry. Lovely salon, friendly service, Vicky did a FANTASTIC job. I also saw Isla for make- up. Can honestly say it was the best I’d ever felt/looked. The hair and make up lasted all day, was really chuffed. Would 100% recommend this salon.

Very friendly staff made me at ease - Stacey listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. Covid measures worked perfectly. Very reasonable prices and came away very happy. Lovely atmosphere in the salon too :)

I was a visitor .and arrangedan appointment at12pm on 14th July.i asked for blonds 2 highlights my hair is 72 yrs old and delicate .thinning and a little frizy .I had Ash to do my hair ,I ended with dark stripes in my hair this is reduculas .I will ask for a refund .
